80 mg bro, new to the topic and read all the posts and i think your doing very well. Both my parents were 2 big drug dealers and hardcore heroin/crack addicts working together and they recovered. They both went to a different country than they lived in, stayed completely clean for 20 years and from a visit of an old friend smoked some hash and are back into the habit of smoking pot. Quite recently actually around 3 years ago which is how i got introduced to this great herb 
Life is like a field of grass, as you walk you wear paths in the field which get easier to walk through.. The path of opiates is quite easy for you now, take a step and you will be running bro... Brush and crush (in fact smoke
) that grass and make yourself a new path!!
And ive never taken any opiates and never will! I do all forms of psychedelics but i made myself a clear point !!!NO OPIATES!!!! I mean, maybe terminal cancer or something...

bro to break bad habits replace them with good habits like exercise,read,garden,play videogames spend your money on memories like going out to eat with a friend or somthing trust me it works.look for the positive things in like spiritually plays a big part.grow a strong relationship with your higher power.i dont want to encourage you to pick up smoking an drinking but drinking andsmoking doesnt have to be a bad thing, if its not excessivly.just enough to relax.on the other hand were all addicts though man.just have healthy addictions.when your all ansty pants and worked up about somthing burn all that energy into working out or somthing.hope this helps

My whole life I was alweays proud that I could keep the upper hand on whatever drugs i was involved in......until I smoked black. That shit is fuckin Brutal! 3 years of my life down the fuckin tubes. and i still have problems 3 yrs later

all of my charges at first were mickey mouse- traffic/paraphernalia- but they added up to about 5gs which of course i never paid and went to warrant.
Had the chance to work it off(comm service) but i went twice and said f-it and all my tickets went to warrant.
I also got arrested for possession and was let out because the DA never filed------------------until 11 months later. Now, years later I have a warrant for that. Yay! nothing like completely fucking your life up for many years to come!!

I fucking love poi and have been doing it for over 3 years now.. Whenever i smoke a J, around 30 minutes after the high sets in i will stop whatever im doing, put music on and do an hour of non stop poi spinning
I have been known to get stoned and do poi for over 2 hours without stopping. My best loved activity is to have a J lying beside me and keep toking as i do poi.. Its definate proof that cannabis induces creativity with me!! Poi doesn`t seem so amazing at first but after a certain amount of practice (months) it becomes easier than walking! Its all to do with flow and the flow is distrupted in the beginning from mistakes and the lack of ability to coordinate movements. In the beginning, you have to stay still and try and control them but later on (2 years in for me) you can just walk and run around and not even think about what your doing, its great!!Thought dancing was cool, try poi!

I was a medic 15 years ago in SO CA. We would get perioidic calls for a possible OD. Upon arrival we would find the subject breathing 0-2 times a minute (Typical is 12-20). Their crotch was always soaked. We would ask the friends why he was all wet. "Because we were trying to wake him up". They would load his crotch up with ice. So we would start bagging the guy and pop in a quick IV (if we were able to find a vein). Loaded the syringe up with some Narcan. About 10 seconds after pushing the Narcan the patient would start breathing again and wake up. We asked the guy when he shot up heroin last. "What are you talking about?". Hey dumb shit, Narcan only works on heroin and by the way, your needle is still stuck in your arm. These people get so fuckin pissed that we ruined their high and wasted their money. We're like, "Dude you just about died. You stopped breathing. I don't really give a fuck about your money, dope, or your high."
They were very lucky someone was around to call 911.
Maybe not quite your situation but it's just a fucked up life man. I've seen it ALL. Don't be a statistic brother.

I've overdosed...twice....the second time I was kinda trying to kill myself. By kinda I mean I wasnt out too, but if it happend "hey no biggy"...
The paramedic that saved me robbed me though. When I get on my feet Im gonna find him and get what he owes me....
Thanks for that visual though. Anyway down to 1mg of suboxone, tommorow is the big day! Im so nervous...and cant stop thinking of that woman. My emotions are all wild up =/
Edit: BTW Narcan works for any opiate not just heroin. I bet you know that already jus saynnn
