If I was going to use it more often, that would be an option. But I'm only gonna use it sparingly and when I do, enough for a small joint. Just a small manual grinder should be just fine. At least to start out.
I prefer my fingers too. I grind with my fingers right into the bowl. So it's fresh everytime. Like coffee, it's best ground immediately before use.
Find that coffee grinders are way too overkill and blast the weed into dust.

I don’t know man I like nice coffee. You just don’t get the same results with inferior grinders. I’m sure the cannabis community can appreciate using quality gear for quality results.
The collector is cool if you ask me. It separates it ya. But then you can use the best of the best how ever you want. Smoke a bowl of pure kief, layer some on the top of bowls, or whatever.
