Initial and final pot size - veg 30 days

I need tips on what size the first plastic pot for seedlings should be and what final smart pot to buy for a plant with a vegetative period of 30 days.

I think that at the beginning, the seeds should be sprouted in 0.4l plastic cups filled with light mix soil, after about 8-9 days, transplant the seedlings into 3-4L pots with a mixture of lightmix and allmix 50/50 soil.
When the plants are about 22 days old, I will transplant them into the final smart pot so that they have a week to root before switching the light to 12/12.

I am wondering about the size of the smart pot, I would like to water it 2 times a week. It would be nice if the soil in the pot didn't dry out too quickly, but I also don't want huge pots because it will require a lot of soil.
What size would be ideal? 20-22L?

The size of the second pot - 3L or 4L?

Grow the plants in the . 4l cups for like 3 weeks then just transplant into final pot. No need for a middle transplant.

Bottom line is, What size pot do you want to fill and maintain? The plants will adjust and grow to what their container will allow them to do. Size of pot will also dictate how often you are watering. This all comes down to preference.

If you do not need a 0.4l cup is even better, less transplanting.

If they were plastic pots, I would use a capacity of 15l, but I know that smart pots dry faster and must be bigger. The question is by how much.
As I wrote above, I would like to water about twice a week.

1 litre per week is a good barometer.
or 1 quart per week
4 week veg and 8 week bloom works BEAUTY in a 3 to 5G planter.

So I think I'll buy 18 or 20 liter bags.
I plan a mixture of Perlit/Coco/Soil 10/15/75.
Or should I give more perlite or coco?
