But but but the gov said it was too expensive and not enough people to regulate/inspect MMAR. In reality one initial inspection and a once per year inspection is good enough just like I get my fire equipment inspected every year for $40.

the gov. could get me to do that job just pay my travel expenses no salary and all the growers could pay me with meds then my $1000 a month disability could go to supporting my children.

But Garis said they lumped all those numbers into one including meth labs. Didn't someone say on the stand they had no stats of any legal grow catching fire?
