WTF? He's either stoned and playing with us or we already won or he knows it'll just be appealed and not giving a fuck as then it'll be up to another judge.

It's as though he's trying to point out to buddy how ridiculous his arguments are...64 out of thousands that the judge knows WERE NOT HARMED JUST HIGH. I said a whole ago I was glad this was in Vancouver...Rona more than like helped us by trying to tell Vancouver, where our judge lives, that what they want to do is no good....he knows it's good...SC...cookies will be the next one ticked off!

I would say we are lucky this is being held on the West coast and not the East coast. A Vancouver residing Judge can't be all bad.

it could cause a national shortage of donuts do to the munchies then the cops would have nothing to get them through their shift and this could be a risk to the public.

Don't make donuts at home using your stove...that's a 240v 40amp receptacle your using. Fire, mold and organized crime. Could possibly find a key chain to trigger a court case.

This trial has sure been trying the patience of the judge I would bet.
He can see the lack of any real evidence on the crowns part . The crown fabricated the case from thin air and the judge can see that for sure.
