Is it ok to run 315 cmh 24/0

well then why are you using 18/6? you'd have more growth if you went to 16/8 or 14/10. :bigjoint:
I have had strains that start to flower with 16 on 8 off so I think the 18 on and 6 off is perfect as it's safely into the veg zone for all strains.

sarcasm buddy.
plants don't grow in the dark. cells elongate aka stretch, plants respire, convert co2 to sugars in the dark, but green plants dont' grow without light.
i'm happy with 24/0 since it keeps my veg times shorter and my node spacing tighter.
to each his own.

Cannabis doesn't need a dark phase.

And by definition, a plant can't grow in the dark. Growth requires photosynthesis which requires light.

Shorter veg times, shorter node spacing, easier to maintain temps and RH = 24/0
If a plant can't grow in the dark what do seeds do? Confused.

Years back I got a few people to help with an experiment to see if we could clone in aero-cloners with no lights. like 4 or 5 people tested it and we all got roots. Maybe that doesn't count for growth in your book, maybe those are just some long ass cells stretching but it looks like growth to me.

did you leave those clones in the dark? cause you'd save a bunch on electricity.
