Is my recently transplanted clone flowering already?

I transplanted this clone about 3 weeks ago, took a while to adapt to its new soil home. Once it settled in it grew a bit taller but now looks like it's flowering already? I'm growing her outside in California.

At approximately 14 hrs of sunlight and change, with less each day, yes it's probably starting to flower.

Exactly ….

It would been easy to start that clone indoor under a single dedicated light - ensuring it is in veg / rooting stage under a longer cycle. It didn’t have a chance to build leaf mass / branching.

Yeah I'm out of practice, haven't grown in a couple years and kinda got this one on a whim. Next time I'll be ready. Guess I'll just switch to flowering nutes now lol. Thanks for the input!
