yes they do, look at the deflection on the non-vendor comment. pro territory

cant make this shit up.

im posting "false info" because of some offhanded irrelevant comment about the global market for 3070s

and youre accusing others of "BS flexing and self ego-validation..."

SMH over here

thats fine, i recommended timber, which happens to be the damn near exact technology you utilize, same chips same heatsinks, same drivers not sure what the problem is. people are entitled to different opinions
Damn, guess I should not have mentioned anything about 3070's lol!
Can't ....... Can't we...... Can't we all just get along?

that would be great if trolls didnt come in here to expressly talk shit on others. let him make a point if he has one.

yeah im being trolled, sweet life.
Calling yourself a victim of being asked for factual and backed information...keep the deflections coming.

You have not given one shred of evidence or support of that statement once. I asked how you figured that when nothing in the marketplace supports it.
I asked for examples of anything to show that the 3070 is not priced inline per die, and that it is more represented in the marketplace because of it's available accessories.
Examples please?

lol

nobody here gives a shit about the global market share of a 3070. if the opinion/offhand comment i posted about 3070s is what youre claiming is the extent of my 'false info', ill just leave it at that. of course in a given manufacturers' lineup chips are priced per die, thanks cap'n obvious. great contribution there

For you to pickup on the most offhanded, off-topic comment in a thread like that, and then accuse an actual legitimate vendor of "providing false info", and passively aggressively beleaguer that point, well thats the very definition of trolling, im sorry. Place really has gone to hell when a former vendor and contributor is on here trolling like that. i know you have your personal beef with the mods for that very reason, but to come around from the other side and do the exact thing you were bitching about is just silly.

Saying Amare is the DE of LED implies they grow better than all-cob lights, which they don't. I get it, it's nice having enhanced spectrum but if it drops your efficiency and narrows your coverage because of lenses then maybe it's not so great after all. From what I've seen, to get an SE450 to cover a 4'x4' like Amare says it will cover means raising it up so high it loses it's penetration. An SE450 is really meant for a 3'x3' and it's what, almost $1200? A professionally built cob light for a 3'x3' with comparable wattage costs under $600.

It's a nice light but it's very expensive for what you get.
It's was a simple analogy, not an implication. It will cover a 4x4@22" with no lenses and there are plenty of growers you can find that will confirm this fact. It's usually available at much less that the MSRP as any Amare grower will agree. There's a mate for everyone so good luck with your mate.

Actually I've only ever seen guys complain about an SE450 in a 4'x4' because it doesn't get to the outer half of the tent with enough juice. There was one guy earlier in the thread who said his Amare SE450 rocked his 4'x4' but after looking at reflections in his photo's (he was careful not to show his lighting in his entire 19 page journal) you could see other lights hung up with the SE450. So his yield was a complete lie.
Another grow journal a guy used it in a 4'x4' and said to cover the full area he had to raise it so high it lost it's penetration. He was forced to keep the light lower where it's coverage was limited to an area closer to 3'x3'.

But hey, by all means buy a light that costs twice as much and fills less space. Nobody is saying they won't grow weed.

Wow.... I give up sir. It's pointless. Gotta catch a flight. Enjoy the gong-show.
