Does Timber even have a warranty?
Hi @Hybridway

Yes - we offer a three year warranty. Also, the Meanwell HLG drivers have a 7 year warranty backed by Meanwell. This is stated in our FAQs on our website.

We have taken into account the uptime requirements of our lights with respect to design and have also included the following features in all of our products:

- Removable potentiometers - the component most prone to failure due to the nature of it's design. These can be removed and sent back in case of failure and won't render the light out of service in the interim. Also, this allows for interconnectivity of our products with respect to single point of dimming.

- Fused inlets with spare fuse - we install fused 10 amp power inlets on every power supply and include a spare fuse in case of failure

- Replacement parts - All parts are in stock in our San Diego warehouse - replacement parts are sent out the same day limiting downtime

The parent company for Timber is DLP Lamp Source, a California corporation that has been in good standing since 2007 as well as a member of the BBB and other consumer electronics and specialty lighting associations.

If you have any additional questions regarding our warranty I would be happy to elaborate.

Have a good day.

Regards,
Dan

Thank you!
Browsed through your site last night.
Definitely the best option for those looking for an all cob light. Pretty nice work there!
Didn't see the warranty info when I looked so thanks for responding.
I like how you broke down the differences in the cobs. Very informative to you customers.

I know you guys think the SE-450 is a little light on photons around the edges of a 4'x4', but it covered mine real well, growing plenty of nice nug, even beyond the 4'x4'.
Had to tie the plants back cuz they grew outside the box.
18+ oz. off the 450 alone w/o lenses on the first run w/ the mites in a 4'x4'.
Don't know how to copy the pic. w/o screenshoting & it didn't fit so here's the link to the picture of it jumping out of the 4'x4' w/ plenty of buds around the edges.

Oh, Six, haha, now it's stuck in my head. Guess I'm going X-Mass shopping singing Me Amore!
