Is this Glycerin ok to use for ejuice?

Hi, I am making a small batch of high cbd concentrate to vape in my ecig.

I have researched this quite a bit. I used a tbs quality CBD Cannatonic buds, then added 1 tbs of store bought, flavored e juice and then added 1 tbs of this glycerin I bought at CVS. I decarbed then put into glass vile and placed in pot filled with water at 160 degree heat for 3 hours, shaking occasionally.

My goal is to have a nice vape that won't knock me over with one toke as I think vaping is fun and a good way to deliver medicine in a predictable manner. My other goal is to not poison myself

Is this glycerin fine for my purposes? If it clogs or doesn't work that's fine. I just don't want to get sick. Here is the link.

What you want to use is pure food grade vegetable glycerine. It's what I use for mixing e-juices.

Yes, I guess I should get it from a health food store just to be sure it is food grade.

My juice didn't work at all. Not sure why. Had very little effect and didn't taste all so good. Very chlorophyll-ish.

Glycerin breaks down at 305f into acrolein, the major carcinogen in cigarette smoke. All ecigs generate well over that temp in their heating coils during use.

The ecig based personal "vapes" are not suitable for vaporizing due to the high temps they reach. Just go with a direct drip ecig or wax burner pen and some bho or bubble hash - it'll still burn your extract just as badly as the ecig "vape" pens but then you at least won't be adding carcinonic acrolein into the mix (nor asthma causing pg).

If you just want a watered down extract liquid you can just soak the buds in warm hempseed oil (for a few hours) and filter. This has some cbd in it already and is a nice complement I think.
If you're looking for a way to truly vape on the go youre going to to have to drop some money on a true portable vaporizer (one that keeps temp below combustion and doesn't touch a red hot metal coil to the material), or build one yourself.

Btw your oil or glycerin or pg extract will always taste strongly of chlorophyll if you use bud to prepare it. At least I find it so. Making bubble or dry sift or bho and using this to make tincture alleviates this. Or water cure your bud to remove the chlorophyll

Bubble all the way for Ecigs.

Take your 160 micron screen and everything in-between that down to the 25. Mix it all together.
Now take the drained wet wad of shmea and run it through a fine grader so the bubble dries AS fast As possible.
Now....put some of that in a, modded, 510, bottom coil cart, and enjoy.
Stuff is awesomely tasty and burns like a champ in the pen. When dry that is.
