may i ask what are reps for?
i having a hard time on lights and also in my cabinet grow box, along with it i also have problem with soil mix. the worst is that the last joint that i got is nowhere to be found.
so tomorrow, i'ma buying some CFLs, gas up my ride,(darn gas is really expensive here) and get my meds from the dealer around here.
but to be exact, i don't know where will i start, whether soil mixes, CFLs, reflectors, etc.
the only thing that i have right now that is important to the plants are rain water in bottles, spray bottle for misting, peters bloom that i have'nt use yet and some
white colored fertilzer that i don't even know what is this, (just bought it from the local gardening shop here, they told me it's good for the plants).

Ok as a suggestion... you said gas is expensive, so I'm guessing ur in cali... Do-it center sells the BIG fertilizer bag of Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil/fertilizer mix for $12.95. This shit is the bee's knees.
For CFL's, it gets expensive(for us cheap people) And you will need 6 bulbs all together. 3 6500k or "daylight bulbs" (100w equiv), and 3 "soft white" 2700k bulbs. 6500k for Vegetation, 2700k for Flowering.. If your a cheap bastard, just buy the 6500k and after 3 or 4 weeks(your veg period) just go return the bulbs and use your new found money to buy the other bulbs.
Here is a check list you may want to follow:
3 6500k CFLs
3 2700k CFLs
Light timer, or set alarms on your iPhone
Soil reputable for MMJ.
This is all you really NEED to grow your plants.
Weed grows extremely easily in GOOD conditions, but it dies extremely easily in poor conditions. As other have said, the more you put in, the more you get out of it. I would suggest reading all the "sticky" threads in the CFL forum section along with the General Marijuana Growing section. They are very beneficial to you and your grow. When I first joined this site, i was better off than you are, but still to this day I come on here and learn new things each day. Gather your supplies, and be prepared for your journey. I also suggest reading through peoples SUCCESSFUL grow's and learning what they did. There are many tactics when it comes to growing and its good to prepare yourself. I am NOT the smartest person on this site, far from it, but if u have any questions, feel free to PM me. As your a newbie, I can probably answer most questions for you about which CFL's you need and different jimmy rigging plans u might have. Cheers bro, good luck

Growing pot with a mosquito zapper? Well those lights don't look like the right spectrum to me, but it looks like something to try to Add to a proper spectrum grow maybe.. for experiments.
that could only probably germinate a seedling for 3 days maybe... try and see i guess. if it's streching alot then you've got your answer right away and that's what i think will happen

i only bought one 25 watts CFL with 1727 lumens, but i also exchanged my incandescent bulb that i bought, and i also bought some pot to smoke.
so i have two 25 watts of CFL with 1727 lumens, one can be worked out, but the other won't cannot because i dont have the wood and other things for my grow box.(too stoned to move). but i will be making it today and post it later.
i'll put extra wood the and screw the bulb upside down is that fine? but i dont have any reflectors yet but i do have white painted wood here,
i'll just hope it will work out on my plan.

in my set up? not yet,
i bought a 3kg ready soil mix, (comes with soil, perlite, coco bust, and compost) is my soil ok to use?
i also bought a uera fertilizer 46-0-0. is this ok?
i also bought a complete fertilizer with 14-14-14. is this also ok?
it has directions where it both said that:
Cultivate your plant, sprinkle a small amount of it from the soil away from the plant, water afterwards, sprinkle at least twice a month.

I wouldn't bother with any of that fert you put on/in the soil. That stuff is more than house plant. You can't keep track of what The plant is taking in.
