Oh and that two inch sprout in the 5 or 7 gallon pot isnt the best idea either. Might grow pretty slow.

Lol, you guys are funny, great community here. I'm just making use of what I had available. I didn't buy it, I borrowed it from my balcony with soil already inside which had sat there over one winter, with flower roots and everything else that came with it

@BenFranklin, I wouldn't have taken any offence in you or anyone else pointing out my flaws. It hurts a little inside that I know that I'm not doing the best I could do, but people are just trying to help so I can't blame them for it.

Seriously speaking I'm fully aware that things are not optimal, but this is what I'm dealing with and as long as I'm able to fulfill my needs I am happy. Spent too many thousands on buying weed and recently I got ripped off by one scumbag that I don't want to deal with anymore - I had to get my grow started (To order the seeds I had to wait until the end of the year for busy times at customs to minimize the chance of someone discovering them and giving me trouble). Over time I will make effort to optimize it. You can already call it progress comparing to my first growing experiences. If you want more entertainment from a newbie like me, wait til I try to torture one of my plants into a hermie so I can get pollen and start producing my own seeds.

I wished I was that unlucky! I have to get my wife to go in and sweet talk them each morning and maybe hopefully they won't hermie out. Although, on this batch of seeds I made, I noticed less hermies, so hopefully after all these years, they're finally stabling out.


btw, I am very sorry to hear that it took a bad experience with a greedy dealer to bring you to this point, however, I am not sorry that you will be self sufficient, there is nothing like the liberation you get by freeing yourself from the street and at the end game, when you're only buying the shit you need to grow it, and have still lots of money left over cause you're no longer being ripped off, not to mention taking yourself out of the crosshairs of the blackmarket..... There's nothing like it.

Since we are on the subject now... Colloidal silver or "Rodelization" or should I just overgrow one plant and cross my fingers that it will grow some balls and self-pollinate and will also have enough time to produce seeds? Keep in mind I'm using autoflowers (Super Skunk, White Widow, Northern Lights).

No no no..........I wouldn't use the silver.....

just beat the living snot out of it, every 3 days, screw the lights up on it, 4 hours one time, 18 the next, back to 12 for a week, then back to 18, down to 4, stress the helllllllllllllllll out of it, put a really heavy wind on it for a couple days, then stop it, over water for a few times, then let it go dry... The object is to stress it so it thinks it's gonna die and hopefully trigger it's "male survival hormone"... Most plants have this, some do not and no matter what you do, it ain't gonna happen, it depends on how stable the breed is.

I'd say the main reason was money, I had a drop in income and I couldn't sustain my old spending habits. The reason I got ripped off was because "reliable people" left the scene and I didn't manage to get any new good contacts, besides this one filthy fker who cut me short A LOT and sold me CRAP. I knew something was up, but at the time I didn't have a scale (gave it to another scumbag who is still paying his debts). I kept buying because I was the victim of addiction or habit, or because I just love the effects. I have a very stressful life with lots of anxiety issues and I didn't want to drink myself to death.

There legal risks that come with growing so your freedom can be taken away at any time, but I get what you mean. I've been "self employed" my entire life and I've had a taste of the other kind of freedom, but yeah... I just had some rough years. Things are going better now and hopefully I'm 100% self sustained again in the future (right now living off savings). Things are also looking better for growers all over the world, lately there's been a huge shift in the mindset of the hive mind and maybe in near future everyone can do what we are here for, risk free, simply to improve the quality of their life.

I agree with not using silver if you will be smoking the plant silver is used on. But, I do think it is the best way to go if you won't be smoking it.
Also agree that some strains just don't want to hermie. I tried silver on a jack herer and am just getting pollen now about 1 1/2 months after starting to spray it.
