Do you have a reason for this? Cus I was keeping them there for some off-plant maturing and opening...
I put a rice baggie in there to soak up extra humidity from the pods, and they have been drying and dropping quite a bit of dust.
I actually just came back from my first pollen brushing. Now I'm going to wait a few days and see if they took the fertilisation nicely.

The little leafs or whatever you want to call them, look like a 4 sided thing, they hold humidity and I honestly don't remember what happened when I was collecting last year, but those I thought messed up some of the pollen. I was keeping it all in sealed glass jars, which didn't let the humidity escape. If you have some rice in there, I think that will help. Either way, you are going to be collecting WAY more pollen than you will need.... so it's not that big a deal.

Here's how the garden is looking. I see progress every day!
Also, I'm pretty excited about those 4 tiny donkey dicks on the c99!! hahaha
Lowered one of the cobs for some EXCELLENT side lighting.
I'll try to post some nice macro shots next time. It's trichome production time!
Jig, you where probably right my friend, I don't think any of the pollen fertilised the pistils I brushed, and I did it twice... I can only know for sure by the end when I harvest, but I should have let the male plant mature more.
I was afraid to deal with it, and I will probably end seedless =P
Also had some PH situations leading to some yellowing and browning of the lower leafs. Hope to have solved it with this new watering.
I'm really wondering how heavy these will end up being... And they still have the whole month of April to mature nicely
as they say, onwards and upwards!

What wonderful looking little plants! I could just take one of those lovely sticky colas and just eat it up...yum yum yum!! Did you grow them from babies? I ate a baby once too.
that's a shame to hear my friend. Hard times are no fun. Good luck getting through it, and I hope it all works out for the best either way.

Time passes. What is happening today is just a memory tomorrow and tomorrow we find new adventures.....or have a toke and take a nap.hahaha, babies do taste lovely! xD
Thank you guys for the love. I've been going through something that I still don't know if it's a breakup or not, and these plants give me some nice little zen moments.

Oh yea!!!! Nice! I wouldn't waste the trim on that stuff! Do you keep the fan leaves plucked?

Actually I've been smoking each and every leaf that isn't sick or damaged.
I pluck most of the foliage that would be making a real shadow on stuff. During veg I leave it alone mostly.
I pluck away all the unwanted shoots that would make up popcorn buds. I wait till the plant is well into flowering and take out any spindly/longish budsites. This forces the plant to grow bigger main colas. AKA donkey dicks. haha
Anyway, concerning fan leafs, I remove everything below the buds. Then I remove anything that casts a shadow. I also remove the leafs that are pointing inwards, leaving the outer ones around the plant intact. This is to make sure the buds get the best light coverage.
Since indoor lights don't move around like the sun, we have to make sure we get the maximum exposure from their fixed positions in relation to the light. Also, I turn my plants 180º every day.
