Morning gents, and gals. Up early this morning since 3, it got a bit nippy for down here....40.

I'm past coffee, but maybe some flapjacks ...whenever, no hurry. I'm reading the financial papers and sitting in the last booth as always, back to the wall.

JO, when you get in, have you seen the movie KATYN from Poland? A gritty movie, not for the timid, but masterfully done. And unfortunately, true.

*Wikid whips up some flapjacks for CrackerJax*

If you're passed coffee, then what do you want to drink?

Evening all, usual please and a chocolate chip muffin. Smokes and drinks are on me today, finally got my insurance settlement today for my whiplash...£8700 ($13000ish). *Woo gets out his turkish Hookah and fills it with Brainbomb* Anyone want a hit?

I suffer mainly with headaches and shoulder ache...gradually getting better though, happened nearly a year ago. The payout is paying for a holiday and a few little treats for the family! Im thinking about a small boat for fishing!

Just saying ... real whiplash injury can haunt you for life. Definitely keep doing exercises for the neck once you feel you've fully recovered. gradually....

As long as you don't live on an island, you'll be fine.

Luckily I only suffered from soft tissue damage. I worked 12 hours today and my back is like a knot, off to see my friend this weekend who will have to massage it better!

There's nothing like a professional massage. There is a place in Adam, and now I cannot remember the name offhand... but they had those pods where you lay naked floating in salt water heated to ur body temp and music piped in. Totally dark, after 30 seconds, you were weightless ... then half hour later.... full massage for another half hour. First three trips we did that... without fail ... that and eating at Christophe's.
