They could do everything but pixelate it back then.
I don't miss TV antennas on rotors with the fuzz and rolling pictures until you found the best spot.
I do miss totally free TV.

I'm gonna go to my brother's house for some light drinking (maybe) and some heavy smokin'. Hopefully watch some fireworks and enjoy the 4th of July with people that care about me and vice versa. Happy 4th to all the fellow Yanks here at RIU!

I worked at a local hospital twice for a while during recessions when I was laid off from my good job.
They would put extra people in the ER for the 4th every year. And they'd get extra business every year.
Be careful out there, your life can change in an instant.

I had to drive a short distance on our local Interstate this AM and there was a HP veh on every turnaround so watch it. I doubt they are going to let anyone slide today.
I think I saw 2 4th's with my kids. The rest of the time was in house doing surgery. We put on extra call teams and we were open for regular business.
