deciding to use my name and address. having the seeds sent to my
address probably isnt illegal enough to get a warrant, but try to put
yourself in my shoes and keep in mind i have severe anxiety disorder...so
at the time i was freakin the fuck out and not thinking clearly...yes i made
mistakes....but there will always be a would coulda shoulda. and when
they left they did say they had enough to go get a warrant and they would be back...
when i first opened my door and they started in on me about the
seeds i denied it...and kept insisting a warrant. they said when i first
opened the door they could smell burnt maryj, and they said they knew i
was lying due to the beads of sweat running down my face and my heart
beat could be seen thru my chest! THey new i had plants...and i kow
they thought i had a lot....and they wouldve been back with a warrant for sure....
so i took the 50/50 chance of discarding them in the corn field....and in a
way that fucked me....and in a way it helped me since they never found
the plants.
i mean what wouldve happend if they came back within the hour with
warrant....then i wouldve been caught with the plants inside my house.
i know you arent trying to dicredit what happend...
i knew that telling this story on hear...i would get a lot of people saying
you shouldve done this...shouldve done that.... but never did i think i
would get such negative comments from someone on here(LoudBlunts)
But its cool...ive dealt with guys like him before and all you do is tell them

LaPORTE (Indiana, U.S.) -- Online purchase of marijuana seeds from overseas caught the attention of federal authorities, leading to the discovery of a LaPorte growing operation.
According to investigators, 19 plants, some ready to harvest, were grown mostly to support the habit of David Bollinger, 57, and Sandra Manring, 49. No arrests were made but a judge was reviewing the evidence.
Indiana State Police Trooper Jason Sample said the seeds were ordered from Europe and delivered to O'Hare International Airport in Chicago.
U.S. Immigration and Customs authorities detected something peculiar about the package and called Indiana State Police.
With an address from the package, Sample went to the home Monday in the 1600 block of Stone Lake Drive.
He smelled an odor of marijuana and was allowed to go in the basement where the plants, high-powered lights, fertilizer and other materials used in a hydroponic growing operation were discovered.
The couple allegedly told investigators they had been growing marijuana for personal use for at least four years.
But judging from their ledger books, Sample said some of the marijuana was sold. At full maturity, all of the plants would have a street value of more than $10,000, police said

ive heard bad things about the harsh laws in the midwest so i feel for you bro . get a lawyer though thats real . without one youre hurtin with one you will probably get off. if any thing it will cost money but being broke is better than being in jail . then after all this take whatever skill you have and move to ca. or wa. marijuana is the lowest priority of law enforcement. plus there is access to clones all day
thanks for the wordz rezo...you are right i should get a lawyer...but i have to figure out how to pay for one...i want to first get the court summons in the mail...so i know what i am being charged with...all the cops said was it will be in the prosecutors hands on whether he wants to go after me hardcore.

I have a question, I've been reading this thread closely, would it be safe to say, that if a person has always gotten every order of seeds that they have ever ordered, meaning that ...NO order has ever been intercepted...then that person shouldn't have anything to worry about...right ??? It seems like this is about the 3rd time I've read where authorities have showed up at someone's residence concerning seed interceptions, I don't see how they could show up at a persons house whose seeds have always been delivered, I'm not really asking you directly Gweese , but anyone can answer, I've read forums where people have boasted about growing and ordering seeds for 10 yrs. and not having a single interception, my guess would be that if you ever miss an order or get an envelope thats missing seeds, THEN ...your ass should probably clean out your house, or either move to another address ASAP, I would like to see comments, thanks.

here the thing though bro, they can't get a warrant for someone sending seeds to you, regardless how you acted. I dunno man, I feel for yah I hope things go well.
from my recent experience i would say yes...if you are following every golden rule and you have always received your beans then you shouldnt worry...but if you dont receive your seeds...in my own opinion...safest bet would be to remove/move all plants and not grow there anymore...
some on here will think different. there is always the option to have the beans sent to a place where there are no plants and or anythin else illegal. something i extremely regret not doing...but like ive said here several times...there is ALWAYS going to be a WOULDA<COULDA<SHOULDA scenario
i know that mine were intercepted at the Chicago customs dept at the airport....and have read many threads since my bust, saying these guys are really cracking down on beans.

The law could find the seeds and let them go through. Meanwhile they could setup surveillance and start gathering evidence for the necessary warrants to search the property, obtain utility info, bank data, etc. The law is under no obligation to arrest you right away. They are going to wait until they can charge you with the biggest crime possible.
