As already mentioned, it seems like it was crooked cops, or maybe even just cops working outside their jurisdiction just to do it and they jumped the gun.



It's stories like these that make me glad I'm not in any medical databases that say "this guy grows pot" where crooked assed and bible thumping cops can find me at the click of a mouse.

Just wait until obama links all those medical databases into one centralized location.

Then you'll have "the law" fucking with you nonstop.

Sorry took awhile to convert my videos to avi files but finally done... they refused to show warrent. Refused to give names and badge numbers, an left no papers or anything.

I'm in RI too and I remembered a little while back you posted that your neighbor confronted you and said the cops were coming to check if you're legal. Do you think that maybe that is why they came and left everything intact once they confirmed you're legal. Not trying to justify how you were treated. You were within your limits so I'm sure all is good..

Good luck man and keep us Rhode Islanders informed on how everything goes..

I think you hit it right on the button... they came did their job and left. Told me flat out i could continue growing but he has witnessed ton of home invasions because of the cards being so easy to get. I was worked up earlier an im still seeing lawyer tmr to have him send letter.

I wanna know if they had warrant, why they had one(if they tell me), tell him give me the card back(on video of him taking it), an include that i have a witness who watched him choke me while in cuffs. Also why they unplugged my interior camera... god forbid in 2 days or so statys raid me an card isnt there.

I try to justify everything they did as just them doing there job an leaving when done but when i think of that cop in my face talkin shit an puttin his hands on me my adrenaline get going again.

What it sounds like to me is that the "Big guys" in your area wanted to see what you have. Especially if they didn't take anything.
Cuz when you're busted, your money is frozen, your plants and equipment is taken, and you are put under arrested and charged then given a court date and released depending on your flight risk and severity of crime.
Black jackets with DEA written on them are not hard to Manufacture. Especially for "someone who knows a guy that knows a guy"...

no real criminals leave there faces open, for the camera and any looky lous to see and license plate numbers and open carry guns . . .being there for awhile all reek of botched police raid robbery . . . . . .real criminals wouldnt make such a show or force with as many people like you he said . . they were crooked cops only reasonable excuse for how they did what they did

this isn't true, my nephew was busted awhile back and they left every one of his plants and all his equipment, just the other day he was found guilty of 1 felony and 1 misdemeanor. you see if they take the plants and it turns out you're a legit medical grower they could be held liable for the plants. The only reason they took his weed is because he let his red card expire and unlike plants weed can just be handed back.The plants would have to be cared for.

The cop who was with me talking whole time on how the cameras being outside an yata yata made me seem suspicious so they knew cameras where there and i reconized few of them on the video when the face was in front of camera. This was not a criminal thing but more of a police raid done not legitly and that is not fair to do...

As for videos being online... well idk it doesnt really show much to a person who doesnt know whats going on... it shows faces, plate numbers for me to point out who touched me and which cop has my card in his hand when leaving. Then shows him unplugging one camera while inside(not sure if its ok for them to do that). Also shows how long they were inside for and them taking pictures. Iets me put faces to names if the neighbor will stand up for me cause he watched it happen. Its also on camera at the neighbors place.

So im wondering, if you only had 12 plants, and a half an oz....what were you doing to draw their attention? It would seem to me the DEA would have their sites on way bigger fish than you.
