But it's a lot easier to raid a house just like the off duty cops did to the topic creator if they are able to get a lead from a database.
MUCH easier than it is to just raid random houses.

This is EXACTLY what i think took place. He said he could only get warrant if i sold to CI. I told him thats impossible cause only seen 2 patients. He said well mabe you didnt check one card enough.

Nothing tough about it... U just said you sold to three people and only two had cards - you aren't too bright. Feds don't go in after only 3 days - you prolly been on someones paperwork for a month or two. You've been watched for awhile if those were indeed feds. Lol how would i be telling stories? How would that benefit me in any way what so ever? After i talk to my lawyer tmr we see whats what. I know this wont amount to anything but with someone standing there watching it happen an him choke me then mabe it will amount to something. They on camera entering my place using my keys with me inside car all on tape. WITHOUT a warrant.
Tmr after i talk to lawyer ill upload one view outside of the 7-8 car line coming from where they stopped me bringing me an themselfs up to my door. With them wearing jackets saying DEA on it.
Gage- i edited that right away cause i was being a dick for no reason. Suprised you even caugt it befor it was edited.
I dont need anyone to beleive me, i have videos lol. An i just harvested my very first 9 plants a week n half ago so if my paperwork was on someone desk then they dont deserve to have their jobs cause they are morons. As is when they went back to there squad im sure someone said something about a waste of money in the raid an alot of time... when they receive the letter from lawyer then hopefully someone gives them alot more shit...
If this neighbor gives me his camera footage and steps up to what he seen then it will escalate to something more. I have rights... just about all of which were broken today

I made a post not too long ago about another neighbor smelling my stuff... he told me he was calling cops a month ago. For all i know he did an just now they did something about it. Stupid ass cop shouldve just asked me simply if what i was doing was legal and if i would grant them access to my place to make sure. Instead he made the choice to choke me first then ask questions so i gave him a hard time an then he chose to go inside without the warrant. Again his choice was retarded.
Maybe cause you strive attention? Who knows? Post video or it never happened.

It's not off duty or crooked cops.... You screwed up by letting the smell out enough that your neighbors told you they were calling the cops. In some neighborhoods they would have called friends and you could have been jacked with a far worse outcome.
Not saying you don't have a case but do you really want the attention that's going to come with pushing it. If the cops checked out my grow I'd move it because of the unwanted attention. Call the PD, talk to someone in charge and get your card back and try to not draw any attention from now on.

they will have to think twice before they try to jam you again, unless they have everything in order. those who don't complain are fair game.
I dont want to make a scene of any sort thats why im leaving choice up to the lawyer...

If i dont atleast write a letter than these guys will continue doing same all over the state. Who knows mabe the chief may laugh at letter an joke with them idk but when they read the part of letter that says. There is witness to officer choking and punching my client and video tape. Then they learn a lesson.
Im not scared of pd when they are trying to be tough guys. If i had no reason to complain an they did there job right or atleast didnt do it on camera i could deffinetly forget it happened.
Hopefully someone ever breaks your rights and has power trip over you, you will not cower to them and stand up for yourself... now on i will be pulled over an searched with my kid in car ect because they know i have a card. Fuck that. Now i need to move away to another city. Fuck that.
