this is what seperates the boys from the men.....when u see if all that time and effort is gonna show or blow....when all that reading and investing and experimenting is gonna turn out to be worth it or just another mediocre project

thanks ...yea i got a 1000w hps... two of my other plants are bigger then buzz light gear (only 2 weeks thru flower tho ) but i spent 4 weeks in veg ,topping a bunch and growing them out ... i for sure think they will pull 4 a peice..... im just guestimating and going with that .5 or lower average since im running 1000W hps and 240w of cfl..... will see alot can happen in a month ... i know im approaching week six now and they are getting alot frostier... im gonna start flushing atomic bomb i think for 2 weeks
Just some quick math. If you pull say 2 zips from each one, that is 16 zips. 16zips x 28G =448G
If you pull 4 zips from each plant like you anticipate, you can double the number from 448G to 896G......or just shy of 1000g...........or juuuuust shy of 1g/watt. :weed:

Just a reminder, we must also consider what the genetics of the strain are capable of producing under such conditions. BLG is expected to produce (Inddoor Yield: 400-800 gr/m2) which is under optimal conditions.

thats another thing now is that wet weight or dry weight... so say my plant was 2'wx2'lx3'h that would pan out to about 200gr under optimal conditions right? so 112 would be a reasonable expectation

it gives me a head ache trying to calculate an accurate gueestimation so im like fuck it shoot for a pound total and see how close u get

Ha, no doubt. And none of it really helps you anticipate what you'll get except in the broadest sense. I've had it go both ways. Most of the time you do not get what you thought you would, but once in a while you end up getting a fair bit more than you thought. When you grow the same stain for a while you get very good at predicting yields, but as soon as a new strain comes along you are lost again, despite knowing every aspect of your setup and routine.

lol different veg times and sizes i was accounting for.... 3-4 of buzz light gear , 1 off atomic bomb , 1-2 of of purple paralyses #1 , 1-2 of black destroyer #1 4-5 off purple paralysis #2 3-4 of black destroyer#2 2 off blueberry og , and maybe a half to an ounce off critical cheese candy........ is what i was actually estimating it at....they will finish at different times and ill be replacing them with new plants as i pull them out

my two smaller pp and bd are Y shaped plants topped once and have nice donkey dicks on both branches.... im hoping the bigger 2 that have about 12 main colas each do the same thing.

I gotcha. I dont do perpetual cuz I run hydro and I'm scatterbrained haha
I'll be all over the place tryin to keep track of whats what. Too many of these :joint:
I run clones from the mommas in the veg room and replace within 2 days after harvest with new clones I've rooted in the 2 weeks prior to my harvest.
Bout as close as I get to perpetual lol

it should work out like this according to breeder times atomic bomb havest in 2.2- 3.2 weeks buzz in 4-6 weeks , black destroyer# in 4-6 weeks purple paraysis and blueberry og in 4-5 weeks , black destroyer #2 in 5 weeks , purple paralysis #2 in 7 weeks, and i dont have any info on the freebie critical x cheese candy

The best way to avoid human error is with checklists and record keeping. Checklists help you keep your procedure on track, and records help you understand what that procedure did for you. A checklist can be in your head so long as you remember to go through it everyday, and record keeping is easy if you hang a calendar on the wall.
