That's cheaper than the electric company. Now, where do I put that generator? L

$450 per month of Propane and Generators........
Looken goodIm running 48 bucket 2 systems ebb and flo and have become quite fond of them though I have eliminated ALL rockwool and hydroton
What are the steps u take to FULLY cleanse your setup. How often ? Etc.
The generator are Hondas, hooked up to a 250 gallon propane tank. Its twice the price of electricity, not cheaper. On regular electric the bill wouldnt be more than $250.
Sure, Honda EU3000IS. Take two of them and daisy chain them together with the Honda parallel operation kit and you can run it into a panel that will run 6000w of lights. You'll also have to modify the gas tank so you can fill it once a day instead of three times a day but that's pretty easy. Remember 120v just shocks you, so if you string them up to 240v that can kill you.
Happy to answer more pot questions in the pot thread, but here's the reply as you asked for too.

Cheers!
120v ballasts. Honda makes a panel that has 20amp 120v fuses right on it that plugs into the parallel connector box. Any honda salesman can walk you through it or just look at the generator accessories online it makes much sense. Good luck!
btw -- I did 120v since 240v shocks can kill me. 120v just stings a while. There's zero difference.
240 is much better in my opinion it uses less amps and allows for power to be pulled from both legs in the panel instead of just one. i usually always wire up ballasts on a 240v circuit.
