Yeah, PM usually starts on the bottom of the plant and works it's way up from what I hear.......it is because, like somebody said earlier, there is not enough air flow down there......I had to clean my lowers up yesterday because we already started getting some morning fog in the valley

ANNNDDD the PM is back... I dont get it, Its been 30-45 humidity and 100+ degrees. How the fuck is there PM growing? I am pretty sure my harvest is going to be fuckd if I dont get this under control. Does anyone have any idea why im having such bad luck with this? Is there anything I can give them to boost immune system? Im going to drench them in serenade right now.

try getting some stakes and tie all the main branches outward, so that the middle is more opened up. That may help.

yea, i wouldn't prune too much in flowering, but a little at a time won't do much. make sure you're removing all the leaves that have the p.m. and spray them with that vinegar/peroxide/water mix and you should be good, as long as you keep spraying every other day for a week straight . Can even spray every day with just the peroxide/ water combo.

I was going to use seaweed from grow more because it was on sale and rite aid but the bottle looked ghetto af so I didnt buy it. I think I might need to switch back to chem nutes. I have to use tap water so im assuming my mykros are dead and my plant isnt being fed. I need some input guys, straight tap water or floranova bloom? Let me know what you guys thinkResampled_2012-08-10_11-29-18_835.jpg one of the top cola on the sensi start

Looks great - really coming along!

Listen, regarding nutes it does not have to be one or the other. I use both organic and non-organic. I try to use the non-organic no more than once per month as foliar spray for a boost and I did start with a handful of MG potting mix in planting. For organics, I am using Blue Mountain Organics very inexpensive line (available on ebay), Indonesian bat guano, Earth Juice, molasses and a couple of other things here and there. I'm trying a few things out seeing how they respond and switching it up - but always feeding on the conservative side. I also mulch with alfalfa hay which breaks down throughout the grow. A lot of things are good and can be worked in. You don't have to go straight organic.

I also use tap water in addition to pond water. I keep a stock tank and some five gallon buckets at my grow. When I haul the tap water, I pour it into the 5-gallon buckets. After 48 hours, I dump the buckets into the stock tank and refill the buckets with new tap water. This gives a chance for the chlorine to evaporate. I water the plants by dipping watering jugs in the stock tank.

I don't have the room or time to declorinate water anymore, which leads me to believe my plants are not taking up nutrients? Can organic nutes feed the roots and not the soil?

I don't dechlorinate my water.....I don't think it really matters
The plants tolerate chlorine well, though it may affect quality. It's mostly the microorganisms in the soil and the organic ferts that I worry about it deadening. I have a great system that doesn't really take a lot of effort. You just have to anticipate water needs and haul a couple of days early.

I think it does, plus I just read that chlorine can throw the taste off
Oh.....I read everything can throw the taste off......I don't believe everything I read. My bro grows with regular tap water........His buds taste REALLY good......If you don't cure it right then alot of things will "throw the taste off"

There are hundreds of millions of microbes in a good rich soil mix......I don't think chlorine is really going to make that much of an impact unless you are leeching your soil with alot of tap water very often.Like I mentioned my brother grows great quality, dense, tasty nugs with regular tap water
