Someone just got done saying it only happens to sick plants. These are healthy as can be. Its on the very tops where its all open wtf. Havent seem budrot since I purposely made it screwing up that bad.

Its not too bad infact I may be underestimating my yield again. so much bud and 6 wks isnt enough but it looks like a 9 weeker. But down side is mold I guess. Its not infecting inside to out its infecting outside to in wtfffffffffff.

No rot just some mold casually starting on the outside working in but dont look rotten at all. Weird. Still a believer in no canopy fans though thought shit maybe thats why but naw. Its a tent dude you ever try breathing in one. Clausterphobic like several people trying to breathe in ome tent.

Those fans would of catapolted spores across canopy its got good enough air flow. I just learned how to make fatter buds with this pheno and damn. Everythings on point so thats a thinker.

Canopy fans help remove microclimates that happen between leaves and buds. The spores are everywhere all the time, it’s about preventing them from having that ideal space to grow.

Even with good airflow it can be tough once the buds get dense. There was a guy on here years ago that went so far as to cut small sections of plastic straws and place them into the colas as they developed just above buds. He felt it improved the air flow all the way into the stem and helped prevent mold issues.

I appreciate the feedback thanks, its a tough day in the garden. Ive been trying to do everything yall suggest this was gonna be like my best run, still might be. Trying to grow them cleaner all prime nug.

Might of even learned how to grow them faster which youd have to ask how its possible. If all growth is in optimal conditions and keep trimming off larfy growth it wont just grow more hairs out the finished colas. Aka its done IMO end of wk 9.

Sucks I gave away 10 canopy fans I just never used them. Thats a lot of money at 25$ each. I pushed it way harder than this up til now. My arguement against them is how can air be dead if you can watch vapor disperse if you blew it into the suspcted dead air area.

The fans just create a strong current through where you point it, thats all. Ya it draws air to it from behind and the path of air creates resistant air patterns. They say gnats hate air flow down by roots but I say theyll find their way.

Like said you can only point them in one direction, its not gonna get the underneath of pots too where they crawl in. Have to chose one or the other. Oscilating breaks down and costs more would be a constant money pit getting oscilating.

Just my thoughts they get dirty need clean often or else its spitting dirt and grime across buds. I havent tried blowing vapor with fans on but suspect it just recycles air making it stick around longer.

I gave all my old equipment away 1000k worth and that was gladly given away. It seems counterintuitive to just like cutting bug screens out which need dusted off weekly and still is poor air flow unless deep cleaned. Hard to reach in later flower.

Counterintuitive but I gave them away as I wasnt using them. That and this appearing to be a sign of poor air flow but Im not convinced. Also a fire hazard these cheap things.

I was very relaxed with the dehuey at 50rh need to just fight back turning it to 35rh. I think its more a moisture thing but its weird I was rocking 55-60rh last run.

For christ sake this so trippy its in the least expected area. Only diff is my buds are very very tight. Ever since TC said to remove twigs I been trying to keep all colas and this is it. Its fat as can be. No mold where it could be considered bushy and poor air flow.

My buds were spacier though till this run and just didnt mold no matter what. This mold just casually is growing on the outside of cola which at first made me think it was a long going infection finally showing from out side but nope.

Would be like wack a mole trying to point fan where I think it will grow. I cut out another spot I missed which again was very tip of cola. Probably going to find a few more but been here before its just ANOTHER war Im fighting.

Feel like you purposely dont tell people these things coming into growing first time. If I liked you Id be honest and say hell go ahead, see what wars you end up fighting. At this point I have 50-50 rate of some crazy shit going down. I know people who never had a problem or seen a discolored leaf.

Il say the microbe lift bmc is working pretty damn good though. So that war is being won. Damn I just got done talkin so much shit about budrot not being affraid of it. Ive avoided it this far so meh. Its not as aggresive as PM right?

Just a reminder to be vigialent, theres no way any mold got through this far until this run. It would of grew and done the same thing this did. This is where having a monitored envoirment helps.

Like I saw this pretty much happen to the guy from home grow tv, good show btw, he found one of his things died. Had a 80rh spike but my hygrometer said hasnt past 50rh last couple wks aint that freakin weird? I said 55rh but really its 50rh max.

Just to be clear, most of yall would finish to end see what you end up with? How about just considering it salvage and be happy with whatevers there and discard the infected plants? Im reading it can spread fast that people would just discard.

I felt like the experienced growers would just finish to the end or else its just an unfinished product. I personally can tell when somethings harvestable and will produce enough to make me happy.

Ive cut out a couple more tops probably will get more. I just googled what to do its tellin me to nuke them. Some people agreeing on other forums. Shit Ive been there before could of saved more if I just xhopped right then and there.

I really thought I knew budrot but whats funny all the internet will tell you is what I do already know. This is just somethin else, maybe my hygrometer is lying to me and a freak event happened. Doubt it but wtf else happened?

I doubt its the lack of any canopy fans because I was told I had too many going down that rabbit hole of making sure every inch of tent has air blowing somewhere. Now Im wrong for giving them away?

I needa go to bed. Freakin new lifestyle pissin me off. Just luck I guess. I see people have luck or dont and all inbetween. I sure am not the luckiest but not the least lucky either.

I got 3 plants fresh in the flip no buds yet so just thinking about them. Get the infected out of there nice well before those start budding. Id hate to piss off a bunch of weed trying to be such a poser I dont have to prove nun to no one this all mine.

Its so damn well developed but so is the mold. Im about to look closer tomorrow, I did a good job being more experienced looking at so much weed by now. Same pheno. Just to paint the picture, it was considerably scanned.

Maybe a few spots left unchecked with mold but if I just chop them tomorrow Id have like 8 oz of some ok stuff. Or wait and let spores multiply by the day. You know I dry in my tent I once grew nothing but moldy bud in it once? I never washed the tent nothin.

Never seen mold grow so effortlessly and establish before the bud long has a chance to rot. Same symptoms, outside working in, the fuzz depleats the deeper into the bud you go. Wtf wtf wtf.

Not a poser but I try to mimick the successful but this hobby is so read between the lines. Make your own calls. Im gonna sleep on it. It can spread and take everything or I just keep going as humanly possible.

Could try and see if cranking up dehuey will do anything. Im stumped, if it can over take a plant this easy then might as well learn how to live with it.

Shit went through a whole mood in front of yall sorry. Never dealt with this before and had bad luck last run too. After relaxin a bit it came back to me. Il have a decent harvest probably as its indeed only getting the fattest colas.

The less dominant growth will make up for it. Yall would just clip out what you see and sure chop a tad bit early like a week if it looks good enough which it already does. A real test for my dedication lol its alright, relax. Remember this is fun times.

What set me off is not knowing what internal infection means, like is it all up inside that plant just gonna sprout mold like wack a mole? Is the whole plant already toxic? Then remembered how id read yall deal with it.

everytime I think about that tent I just picture mold go into emergancy mode like I even just read one would do. Just be rational about it I was never ever told to toss a whole plant for one moldy bud or few compared to the rest.

Itll be alright needed sleep on it. Just clip em out there will be plenty left. Just learn how to cope and deal with it. Lucky I caught it and just clipped it out. All the juicy tops will probably go but theres still enough to be happy.

Hypocondriac shouldnt of done my shotty research. Just recall what Ive seen here. People be saying they regularly cut out mold. But not to toss the whole plant or chop too early. Either would be overreacting.

Hell how the heck do commercial growers do it lol.

Makes sense now why people infact would toss, I didnt know the spores were toxic too. Theyre naturally present to some degree I thought. But tens of thousands is a bit different. Since its been so long since its happened I eould be open to tossing and trying again.

What yall think?
