STAY AWAY FROM COCOWow that explains a lot. I have several autos suffering burns in coco using Gia veg. I just bought some pro-mix hp for my photos to be transplanted into, now I know! Thank you so much.

A Tbls Epsom to a gallon of water. Spraying it works better, but you can water it in too. Or you can use less more often. When the top dressing you added breaks down you probably won't need to add more Epsom. I like to dissolve it in a little hot water first and then mix it into reg temp water so it dissolves faster. How much epsom salt should be added at a time?
Ya foliar spray works best. It's the fastest way to get Mg into the plant. Just spray it all over the plant and it will absorb through the leaves. It's a mobile nutrient too so it will move to where it needs to go, so even if you miss some spots the Mg can still flow through the plant to those areas. When you say spraying does that mean directly on leaves right or did I mess that part up? Kinda just thought about it and thanks for the information.
There is nothing wrong with coco when used as a hydro substrate. But not using it as intended can lead to some problems and if you are an inexperienced grower it can bite hard. I've rinsed my roots when moving from dirt to rails and they were fine.STAY AWAY FROM COCO
It also organic coco. That's not always easy from what I've seen on here.poor watering practices for coco.
I'd feed that cat vegan food for now on. You could repot that plant, but you're gonna get some shock. It looks established enough to survive. Bag seed is not the greatest to start out with. How did this seed come into existence? Random pollination, from grower, or hermaphrodite plant? Might work out, but not as well as if you started from good solid strain with stabilized genetics. If you're gonna raise a herm, ensure that you keep it 100% dark, in light out, when you're flowering. Even a pinhole of light can herm a bud or many. That may be what you want if you are growing to make more herming plants. I guess there are worse things you could be doing.I know this might sound dumb but what would be the likelihood of survival if I just removed the plant from this dumb coco…..like washed the roots off and just ya know was extra careful planting it
also the plant was just transplanted a couple weeks ago I’m thinking if I basically wash off the outside and keep my first initial planting I just don’t know if it will stress it or not and I only have this one seed and it’s from a personal bag I got so I can’t get another of this exact strain. I just need this plant to survive I already lost one of my other one seed strains I really liked due to a cat.
The problem is still creeping up the plant it’s showing in higher leaves as well but just the big fan leaves not the branches. I tried magnesium but it’s still persisting a google search says iron deficiency? And no I don’t plan on growing herm plants lol tho I have had the occasional run in. I just buy weed from my guy and sometimes the bud has a seed if it da strain I like I’ll try to re grow it don’t wanna buy a 30$ seed if I’m not gonna respect it enough. Wanna make sure my craft is good before that. The leaf is turning yellow with green veins and dying off on the ends.I'd feed that cat vegan food for now on. After applying the spray their problem is still climbing the plant any other suggestions?Ya foliar spray works best. It's the fastest way to get Mg into the plant. And it's usually best to reply if you're trying to talk to a specific person. I don't always look unless I'm tagged.
I wouldn't even really worry though since it's just those couple older bottom leaves. The rest of the plant looks really good and happy.
Those two dying leaves at the bottom aren't gonna improve. What's the white stuff on the leaves? Is that from the Epsom salt spray? If so it doesn't look like you dissolved it first. Other than the white stuff I wouldn't worry. After applying the spray their problem is still climbing the plant any other suggestions?
Again ….. those leaves are and will be expendable. After applying the spray their problem is still climbing the plant any other suggestions?
