I've witnessed it. The first time I grew I had way colder temps and where the colder intake was blowing the plants were obviously more purple. It wasn't the strain because I've grown one of them many times now. Only got purple that one time. I was also watering with cold water. Just telling you what I've experienced.
Yep just keep growing your limp plants.
The Simple answer is. 1 The purplish colors come from Genetics, that are already pre-disposed to purple out come 55 F temps, or less at night. 2 Is it is just going through a type of lockout. That happens with some Hybrid Strains of weed nowadays. Meaning, lower temps make phosphorus more difficult for the root system to uptake it to the flowers. Kinda as @PadawanWarrior Stated! I see it first hand myself every season!
Lockouts won't show up in pH testing.

If their supposed to have purp tendencies than that doesn't stop the purplish leaves from completing the Photosynthesis Part of the finishing out plant, and maturing flowers.. I grow organic, therefore there's no need to check PH levels.
Ok. I guess I didn’t realize it had purpling tendencies. I looked for harvest pictures with Critical Jack that looked like mine. Didn’t see any purple leaves. So I don’t need to worry in these last 3 or so weeks do I? Just business as usual right?
