Generally, pre-made circuit boards that are specifically designed and used in Chinese LED lamps, will only take one kind of LED type. But custom made circuit boards can be made to take multiple types of LEDs, multi-layer, multi-channel circuit board would work.
This light will not have 1 circuit board with 3 kinds of LEDs, but rather individual circuit boards for each LED and a master circuit board with 3 channels between the rows of LEDs.

The A51 lights are not part of anything Cidly. The 15 LED modules are similar, but the cases, circuit boards, the drivers and the LEDs are different, I know this because I ordered these parts myself. Cidly uses low bin no-name Taiwanese LEDs, and drives them to the max @ 700mA.I am extremely interested in seeing how to solder Cree LEDs with the other brand LEDs on the same circuit board.
Found the same lamps from this manufacturer in China. I believe its another branch of Cidly.
