Bend them over gently past a 90% angle. I usually tie a loop in some small hemp string lasso it around the top then tie it down taut against my container- works wonders- keep the grow alive! enjoy

Positive feedback: Vegetation looks fairly healthy

Negative feedback: your plants are stretching which is very bad yield wise, get your lights closer to keep the nodes tight and compact maximizing your yield and minimizing the size.

Positive feedback: YOUR GROWING BRO!!!!!!!!!

Suggestive feedback: get more light on those gals, i suggest supplementing day light, leave those little ladies by a window during the day and move them into your room at night, at least until that stalk thickens up. the day light, even on a cloudy day is gonna be a lot more then 3000 lumens, and did you check that at plant level or right off the lights?????? and are you using any nutes or just soil??? kinda looks like mg. the blant in the clear potter needs to be duct taped or electrical taped until no light can get in, as lights can harm the roots, and lets see some pics of those other little ladies, i see a seeding in the bottom of one and i cant have you leaving out something so purty :) if this is your first time, this is the site for help. just ASK questions if you dont know and take the logical advise and leave the rest, learn for your self and you will never want to stop. i also suggest just on what i can see, im assuming you have cfls get those lights almost touching. you dont really want to use a kitchen plate for a drain tray because its flatish, you want something that will keep your pot OUT of standing water although i am sure thats not really a problem right now, also i suggest plastic or even a shower curtain ontop of ?particle board??? just incase of a spill dirt or water it would be easier to clean ya know bro :) i hope that helped and best of luck brother man. stay medicated.

what do you mean by LSTing?
sorry im new
LST= Low Stress Training. Things such as tying weights onto the stem to bend the plant over to make it more compact. We had a plant that we topped then started tying the two top stalks to the side of the pot. It ended up growing to look like a menorah:) Also, what kind of lights are you using? you said the wattege but if your using CFL/T5s you want the topps of the plants basicly touching the light. If your using hid get a thermometer and hang it at the level of the plants, then get the light as close as you can without getting the temp over about 80-85f

could have planted them deeper into the soil all the way up to the seed leaves , add more lights and keep a fan blowing on them to help strengthen the stalks

Dude, lumens have nothing to do with what a plant needs. Lumens are to measure visible light to the human eye. Plants don't care what we can see. I cant remember what its called but there is a scale to measure how well the light can be used for photosyntheses. Thats what you want to measure, Not lumens.

its called spectrum and dude if LUMENS don't matter then what i PRAY tell is the difference between a 1000 watt hps and a 250 cause it sure as hell isnt spectrum or lux (assuming of course same brand and age of bulb is the same....) cause i would love to learn what you know, and i dont.

easiest solution for your stretching: get a thermo, put it at the canopy of the plants. maintain a 78F temp with lights on, bring lights as close as you can to the tops while maintaining 78F. your plants are stretching, this is natural---when they need more light. those youngins should be less than half that size right now, and have 1/2''-1'' internode spacing..youre showing like 4-6'' internode spacing.

one of the main reasons it looks so stretched is because of how much stalk he left unburied, his spacing isn't horrible but i agree with every thing you said. and again...more light/lumens. :)
