Howbout if we, through our democratic process, voted in leaders, then that election wasn't recognized by the rest of the world, Canada held a blockade around the United States ensuring limited supplies reach millions of people, while no supplies reached millions more, the Canadian air force launched air strikes into MN, MT, and WA on targets that their intelligence deemed 'threats', "accidentally" killed a couple hundred American civilians in the process. So howbout in that scenario, whose the fault lie with, Canda or the US? Would it be wrong for us to retaliate in that instance? Is Canada really 'protecting' or 'defending' themselves? Hmm...
