well went a bit crazy on the pics but been snowing the last 2 days and getting bored. its april still around a month or 2 before plants go outside.
my girl just stopped and picked me up some clonex from the local hydro store.
top row of pics is all the black pot check out the secondary growth and internode length and compare it to the blue pot.
second row is all blue pot. this plant has about half the length of the internode compared to the black one.
they are both lib haze either i have 2 different pheno's or one could just be a much more vigorous grower.
watered last night with 1.5 gallons mixed with quarter strength dyna gro foliage pro. after this grow will likely be going organic using dyna gro because its a complete nutrient.
last row of pics shows my snowy back yard nd veggies.
much steeper in real life than the pic about 30ft of elevation change about 400 ft to the lowest corner of lawn.
as for the veggies running 2 t-12(2700k and 4100k) and one t 8(6500k). all veggies were started under 4100k and can see they all have done just fine.
tomatoes, peppers, basil, parsley, broccoli all started about 2 months ago.
also started the root end off from store bought
organic celery, romaine, and green leaf lettuce. link shows how to do it very simple.
started about a month ago my mothers day present to my mom and my girls mom and step mom. those are the decorative pots.
one is a lupine and the others are both wild flowers.
the tomatoes are cherry tomatoes the ones growing vertical have 100w cfl's on it. i know your not supposed to plant 3 in the same pot but it was either ditch them or do what i am and hope to get by til i can get them outside.
horticulture and botany are my passion will be starting my own indoor grow for veggies in my garage this winter.
also planted 4 blueberry and 4 grapes this weekend. on the lower part of my lawn will be planting apple, cherry, peach, plum, blackberry, raspberry, elderberry, and gooseberry, hops. hoping to be able to make a go of it making jams, salsa's, pickled veggies. also have 2 goats at the moment will be adding a few more to milk so i can make goat cheeses.
hope you enjoy tend to be long winded when bored
