ok... this is the idea...
screw lightbulb into a Y splitter... Y splitter into a socket.... socket wired to a plug.... when i plug it in... KABLOOM... well its not a KABLOOM.. but you know what i'm saying...it keeps blowing out....
Y-splitter says 660W and 250 V... the socket says 660 W and 600V.... i'm thinking this is the amount of power it can handle instead of this is the amount it generates.. so i don't see y its blowing out... i attached white wire to white wire.. black to black.. so thats not it....
do yall think its the Y splitter or the socket? or is it the wattage and volts?
or should i rewire the bulbs to each other... but to turn them on was my concern... i just wanted to plug it in whenever i wanted the lights on
this is blowing my shit....
