WOW - lookin real good!! I have followed this thread for a while now and I can only hope the little project I started in my closet turns out this good. I have learned as you grow, and I have learned so much from the experienced growers who have given of their time to give you advice along the way. Thanx 2 ALL!

Hey that's cool and there is zero reason why you can't get your plants to grow like mine. I did start off with 2 Amnesia Lemon seeds as you may have read, but the 2nd one never took hold and grew. I think it may have just been a bad seed. :(

The majority of the people on these forum are cool and very, very helpful. There are a couple who seem to ruin it for everyone and they're the ones who probably give growers and smokers a bad reputation.

If you are like me and just want to grow a couple of plants as an 'experiment' then you really don't need to shell out much cash for a semi-decent setup that more importantly, works. Use your common sense and try to pretend you're a MJ plant and then simulate the conditions you'd like. :D

Okay well I have a chance tonight to harvest, but I am not sure if she is ready yet.

White Moscow is an automatic strain of White Russian (WR x Lowryder).

For a guide, here's the 'stock' photo from a seed selling website for this strain of White Russian... so as mine is an auto hybrid I'm sure it won't look as 'fat' I guess.

looking pretty good. I guess as was put to me ..... how much of a difference is another couple of days really going to make. Your do look quite mature and swollen .... I'd probably be inclined to chop. But its always different looking at them in the flesh .... Good Luck Walk on!!~~~~

Well guys, I chopped her up!

No wonder people wear gloves, just cutting this ickle plant made my fingers sticky as hell! I still have black resin on my fingers. I kinda fucked up as I cut it up in the garage and the lighting isn't brilliant, still, I think I did a reasonable job. Here are a couple of pictures. Not a very big yield but she was a Lowryder hybrid autoflower and a lot of the buds I ended up just sticking in the tray for hashish poss???

Wow. I just read it from start to finish today.. This is the greatest and most helpful grow journal I've ever seen, you did an amazing job! I plan to do a little SOG grow going in my closet once I save up for some CFLs and other materials. What're some ways to reduce fire hazard?

Btw, the SOG grow will be my first grow ever, and this journal helped me tremendously. Thank you, everyone who posted in here :]

instead of the alum foil, why not get white posterboard to make 4 walls around the plants? tin foil is not much better than the brown walls you started w/

hey man .... congrats on the chop .... looks good drying .... when in reality all it means is more waiting .... hahahaha! I chopped too!! I'm glad she down and drying. Now the next chapter.

BTW that's not aluminum foil, he had that at first, then followed the advice of a wise grower and used an emergency blanket.
Once again sir, congrats on your beautiful 'experiment'. Only one thing left to do eh? The smoke test...

Thanks guys - not sure on her wet weight o predicted dry weight but seems to be a decent amount of smokeable stuff there! :D

Any ideas on what to do with the trimmed trich covered bud leaves, popcorn buds and under-developed calyxes? Anything simple I can do with that stuff once it's dried out? Cheers.

I have made butter, and I like that ....brownies or cookies. I also want to try and make oil. I've also used a pringle can, nylon and shaking out the kief onto a glass table. you can press it into hash. or you could make bubblehash .... there are so many different things you could do ..... its often worth the effort. and fun to do in the process.

Well the buds have been drying for a couple of days now (above where they have been growing) and feel pretty dry already. The stems don't 'snap' as such but they are crispy. The bud also smells quite fragrant like popouret(sp?) if you sniff it. The buds are a lot smaller than normal buds like you would get on a bigger plant, so maybe they are dried already?

Ohhh your supposed to be drying those in the dark my friend. Light breaks down the THC particals when drying/curing. Get those in the dark man.

I've just put them in jars. Unfortunately one of my nuggets on the main bud (as you can see in pic) has got some sort of mould on it. In the picture you can see it quiet vividly. Fortunately it was only THAT which had mould on it and I examined every other bud very carefully. I'll have to research into why it went like that and be better prepared for drying and curing for my amnesia lemon.
