Long Time Listener, First Time Caller

Hey guys, I've been browsing this website for quite some time reading up on how to grow and such, planning to move from the Marijuana hating state that I live in out to Colorado to start growing. I've just gotten sick of the whole going to the office every day grinding out work for nothing but a pay check, I've seen too many people I know suffer with prescription medicines for cancer (my family has a long history of it) and I want to have a job that I enjoy and help people around me.

Long story short, what I'm looking for is either A) a company who specializes in setting up complete grow houses or B) a good website to get everything from tables to lights to fertilizers and everything else I can need at a reasonable price. I've been looking at
Stealthhydroponics.com but I really havent had much luck finding other sites, and I'm not exactly sure what these things should cost so I don't want to get ripped off and end up spending ridiculous amounts of money.

if money isnt a huge problem, then yes, your definitely going to want to look for something premade. Otherwise, you can save anywhere from 200-300% by doing it yourself.

What type of setup are you looking for? and how many plants do you plan on having at a time? there are many MANY different websites that specialize on certain things, depending on what your needs are. stealthhydroponics.com is definitely one of the more pricey ones out there from what i have seen and heard also

Money isn't an issue, but at the same time I don't want to over pay. I'll be purchasing a home fairly cheap off of a family friend and I have roughly $75,000 that I've saved up, I figure that should more than cover the first grows expenses+materials and all the other crap that comes along with growing.

I'm looking to grow 99 plants (I hear 100 is the point where you get really f^cked if you get caught, I'll be talking to a lawyer when I'm there to confirm what the actual legal limit is.) I haven't really decided on a growing method yet, I'm still browsing around and weighing the positives and negatives of each, (Recommendations welcome).

Basically, I've saved as much as I can, haven't spent a dime on anything I don't 100% need for the last 3 years, I want to have basically the biggest baddest f%cking grow set up you could possibly imagine.

these are easily the most amazing setups made, and they are pretty much turnkey. Also, since your a first time grower, its a good idea to start small and with their system you can continuously add parts and systems to it to get your full 99 plants that your looking to get

Not to be a wet blanket but after you finish growing all that Dank Herb, what do you plan to do with it?

I would recommend looking into distributing to dispensaries or other sources and have a plan because it just wont sell itself.

Yes, I currently don't live in colorado, I'll be moving in 2 months, once I get there I'm planning on meeting with a lawyer and getting in contact with local dispensaries and individual patients (I have some friends in the area with med cards).

I'm planning on having a completely legal operation doing everything by the book and not giving anyone any reason to intervene (DEA) I'm planning on buying some presses and some washers to make some hash, and my wife and I both enjoy cooking so we're planning on making edibles and tinctures.

Basically I just love marijuana in all forms, and I love actually being able to provide care for others with it (I myself suffer from chronic back pain and crippling migraines, nothing major but the buddah helps.)

Yea shit man., you got 75g's to spend on a grow system and your a first time grower?? like Brandon said, spend some of your money on some smaller CFL setups and do that for at least two grows before you drop that kinda money on it. because in your first grow you will learn SOOOO MUCH, AN MOST THE TIME FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT, SOO DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY TILL YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING WITH IT.

No no no I'm not planning on spending $75k I'm just saying I have that much available for the purchase of equipment, growing supplies, hiring some chumps to do some trimming, and for the remodeling of the basement and installation of equipment + probably enough left over to cover the electric and chemical costs for the first few months.

I'm looking to buy the large set up for full scale growing of large amounts of plants, but I plan on doing a small scale grow with just a few plants of some low end strains to get the hang of things before I start up the whole big operation.

I also have a buddy out there who grows just for himself and a few patients, so I'm planning on tagging along to his place to check out the ins and outs of growing first hand.

I would recommend you begin researching different types of grows. See what seems to be up your alley. Start small and find out what works for you. Make your mistakes on a small scale rather than with 99 plants.
