Too late for a shelter with lights, moveing them around now aint a good idea, it should be placed and left alone now.

a cardboard box with 3 or 4 cfl lights or more if you want and if you want you can make it bigger and use it on days were there is not enough sun what i did was got to Rubbermaid boxes and stacked them on each other if you want i can post some instructions

How Much are Cfl lights ea? and how close would i have to put them

Wats up man, ur girls r lookin pretty good. IMO if its raining a lot outside bring her in and give her some supplemental lights (clfs, flouresents, hps, mh,etc) until she can go back outside. There is nothing wrong with moving them around at an early age, jus do wat u can to keep then happy and healthy.
With cfls they give off very little heat so to get good light penetration u wann keep them about 2-4in from the tops of the plants., and depending on the wattage they can run from $10 for a pack(23-26w) to $50 each (300w).

in probably 3-4 weeks it depends on how tall you want your plant if inside if out side then mabye 4-5 weeks just an estimate
