Part 2

Learn that you add at least 2 weeks to any breeders timeline!

This done by any days or weeks thing? Not viable for the best potentials from the strain.

Learn just what done is? Is time consuming and rewarding.

Once you get into the newer uber potent strains. Be aware that many don't amber much and some? Not at all.

Look for stacked calyx's and receded pistil's.
If you have trouble with the plant yellowing out before the end? Your over feeding P and most likely K too.

The real changes between veg and Bloom are less then many nutrient companies chart for. Much less mix their products for.
Not to mention that "boosters" are basically "sales gimmick's" to part you from your money at high rates of cost per use...

Want to talk about boring. You just named 3 of the most widely sold weeds. Those are so vanilla its insane now.

Not to say they aren't good but they fit into the im bored category just as much as ww
 
Part 3

Kinda got beat to the post on this subject but, lets try and clear some of this up.

Dry for about 2 weeks at 50% RH in the drying space. They are dry when you bend the stems and they "crack" and not just "bend over".

NOW jar it and burp those for a few days, OR simply throw Boveda packs in each jar and let them set and CURE for at least 4 weeks, 6 is better and 8 is better yet!
 
My favorite time to get the best all around flavor is at the 8 month cure.

1 month is ok, 3 months is getting there, 5 months almost. The 8th is finely cured cannabis.

After a 12 months. Then things begin to get old.

Depends on where your from sonny.... This stuff has hardly cracked the disp. market here. Not to mention that the factory farmed shit is lacking a proper finish and cure also!

So if it's so "yesterday" to you... Just what are you running?

BTW; Everything I'm running are from certified clones - NO 2nd or 3rd rate beans from "crossed the same strains as the breeder" copy cat shit here!

As far as the GG#4? I have a very very early version. It's STILL one of the most requested strains in my collection.

ROLF, so you hate old school and landrace strains and only feel new breeds are any good? Interesting perspective that I don't agree with but hey, to each their own. I grow strains because I like them, things like terpene profiles are important to me. Just looking for higher THC strains is just not what I care about. Currently one of the strains I am growing is Maui Waui, they will make some great rosin. Perhaps boring to you but that's ok, after being on this planet almost half a century I learned that people's opinions usually mean very little to me. As long as you are happy that's all that matters and I am happy with my selections.

Connoissuer IMHO is probably the best place to get Haze hybrids, and Super Silver Haze hybrids. SSH brings huge structure, and fast growth to anything its bred to. Connoisseur, and AKBB also share genetics

I happen to agree it depends on where you got it. But let's be fair here. You legitimately named a bunch of other popular strains right after crapping on one for being popular.
 
Ive got a few orders of the Connoisseur Swiss Thai Nevils OG, Nevils OG I think he calls it, and Psychosis x Orgnkid ChemBx3 OG Dominant Male. The Nevils OG has the same father. Connoisseur has a few NL5/Haze elite clone hybrids, as does Relic. Psychosis is an old 80s NL5/Hz cut.
I read on Instagram he said the Nevils OG was some of, if not the best stuff hes ever seen, and is why I got it. He grew out one random pack, and found better than expected. The Nevils unreleased work, is alleged to be Nevils best. Organkid also knows his stuff.
We also have a Super Silver Cough from Dynasty. People call it speed ball.

I gave a buddy a pack of 15 Consumption F2 from Connoisseur, a pack of the TK/NL5/Haze from AKBeanBrains, who also works with Connoisseur ect, and a pack of Connoisseur Super Silver Sour Diesel Haze to start. He'll stagger them a week apart. 15 of the Consumption are up, and the TK/NL5/Hz are on the way. Next week he'll start the SSSDH.

WW is beyond BORING. I never liked it, and didn't understand the following it got.

I'll be 63 in less then 3 months.
Been growing cannabis since I was 15, when I put my first seed to soil.
Was taught by and old school hippie in a commune in Ukiah CA...

Age doesn't mean a thing.

Just dont fall into that "I've been growing for 50 years how dare you try to tell me stuff" mentality.

I'm 43 and learning new shit every year. No one is exempt from time and the knowledge that changes due to it.

Also I love the taste of WW. Nothing more nothing less. Just like the taste.

Your right. Let's be fair. I crapped on 1 from the past that I never liked. Nor did I understand the fascination with it...DOESN'T mean I never ran it.

Yes I mentioned popular strains right now. I'm running them. Between trading with other breeders, and clone swapping. I haven't bought beans in 4 years. I find no need to....
I have enough issue with bean running when hunting pheno's from my and other "friend's work".

I wish a dear friend of mine was still alive. He passed suddenly, right after breeding one of the best "Strawberry" line's I (and others in his circle) have ever tasted!

It's THE most requested thing I run. It retains the name he gave it. Out of respect.

Now Cherry lines to me were pretty much "Boring" too. Till he hit it out of the park with it. I know several of us have kept it going. I think it's started to come out to more from one of us too.

If you see something called that. It smells like Cherry Lifesaver's, and is the trippyest thing you've ever pull 3 bongs of.... You found it! LONG lasting too.
