LOW REZ TEMPS HYDRO/DWC

Until I got the rot I was like, don't need a chiller, everything is great! Well it wasn't, now that I've lowered the temps, even though the plants are basically fucked, I can see that they are actually coming back. I now think my plants, while doing ok could have been much better if kept cooler in past grows.

The nerve lol. I mentioned bleach on another site and it felt like I was being chased by the village holding torches and pitchforks .

Well I actually didn't know what I was doing lol. But I could see that many posters had never actually tried bleach, their response was just don't use it, not as to why. That seems to be the norm with people just wanting to chime in even though they have no clue. Everyone is an expert now lol. Fuck I've been growing for exactly 30 years and I still know shit, guess I just got lucky lol. My problem is I stuck with what worked, the basics I guess, (perhaps not the best results) and didn't try many different things. Still it made me a fair bit of money back in the day .

If you have a problem Ruth it being too cold get an aquarium heat stick. Super easy and relatively cheap

Increase your air flow. Add a pump if needed. The more air the little bitches pump the hotter the air is.

Thanks, I was wondering this also. I have a deep well, 50 degree water. I let it sit til 60 degree. By the time I change the buckets again they are low 70s

Better watch that low 70's, anything above 70 and there is a bigger risk of rot. Just went through it .. Some say beanies will allow for higher temps but I was running them when all hell broke loose. Yup as says lots of air as well but temps are the key to a great grow.
