Luiji's Mini Plants #2 CFL (White Widow & Devil Fruit)

Hey Rollitup!!! Yes i'm back for another super mini plant journal, hopefully everything goes swell this time from the get go!

CFL grow, will be lsting / topping both plants!

1 White Widow, 1 Devil Fruit (both 100% feminized seeds)

Vegging with -

2, 42 watt cfls + reflectors
Pro mix soil
(Undecided nutes)
2L vegging pots

Flowering with -

4, 26 watt cfls
Pro mix soil
(Undecided nutes)
Half gallon grow bags

Bought at my local seed shop

Also, a little update on my previous Great white shark grow

The one on the left was from the bigger plant, the one on the right from the taller plant.
The taller plant had the 2, 26 watt cfls , bigger plant had the 2, 42 watt cfls yet the taller one is finishing SOO much nicer even tho a little less of a yeild - so i will be using 26 watts through my whole flowering stage on both my soon to be new plants

nice and tidy, your kinda OCD though. Never a bad thing. Cant wait to see some baby pictures, do you know what the lineage of the devils fruit is? It sounds tasty :weed:

so, they haven't sprouted yet? at seed stage they like complete darkness. These lamps look like thay are 2700 Kelvin by the orange glow. You should use 6000k+ CFLs

nope, and i know they sprout without light, but i wanted them to sprout right in to the light so theres minimal to NO stretchin ( it worked for me last time ) but you really suggest i turn off my lights till they break soil??? and i think 2700k is right, what is the 6000k ... this is just my second time around, i wasnt planning on investing any money for this time around.

Yea i suggest you turn off the light until you see they have sprout, it's kind of a waste of energy.

2700k is right for flowering stage
6000k+ is the vegetative stage.

having 2700k(orange) in veg might slower their growth compared to 6000k+(blue)

lool k ill switch the lights , also my lights are opposite , i have 2700k ea. for veg, and 2, 1300k ea. for flower + 2, 2700kea . its just the way i gotta do it this time around, maybe on my 3rd grow ill think about changin up lights

hey dude, my buddy came over told me having the lights out is not a good thing. then he explained like this - if you plant your seeds out door, how do u expect to keep the sun off till it sprouts LOL .. he told me seeds love heat when your germinating and in their seedling stage. the only time they should be kept cool and dark is when your storing them

Dont let the soil dry out. That is your main concern. I always do complete darkness until they sprout. They both work tho.

Awesome, you are growing again! I followed your last grow and I was totally impressed that you stuck with it and made it work like MacGyver

soil is good to dry out every now and then to help the roots grow
