if any of those things caused one of my plants to hermie, I would say it was shitty genetics and the stress just brought that out. Normal quality genetics don't just hermie over a little stresswell that's it, it only takes a bit of wind to pollonate the whole grow area.
by transplanting them, by extreme humidity/heat fluctuations, not watering for a few days, pruning the wrong parts or pruning too much of the wrong parts will stress the plant too.
Your probably better off worrying about trying your best not to HARM the plants in any un-necessary way rather than trying not to stress your plants because aslong as you care about them its hard to stress them.

I'll be gentle. Congrats dad you have a healthy bouncing bambino!It's been a long awaited process for my first time growing and ended up vegging out 3 plants. I put them into flower about a week ago and I am uncertain if this is a male or female it is my first time growing so don't get to harsh lol
