Go for 7-10 gs per stick of butter (28g-40g dried per lb) those should be REALLY good.

I'm not 100% sure that a pound of butter can properly absorb 3.5oz of sensi.... but maybe it can I've never tried though! It would just be easier to use 7g per stick (VERY strong) and eat a FEW if you need to!
