I saw on the news his trial over the MAL docs and obstruction is estimated to take between 21 and 60 days, however there will be pretrial motions and I don't think Canon will end up hearing the case. If he is convicted of these crimes the cuffs go on in court upon conviction, bail is most often not granted either and I wonder if his underling, the former navy guy Nauta will be released too? Trump will probably pay his bail since Trump running around loose while Nauta is in jail talking to the FBI would be bad for Trump. Others will be indicted over the MAL documents too; will they be locked up?
