lol ... we made our own by nicking the newer pennies and dissolving the zinc out of them. (Pro tip: exclude air.) It was cool to have floating pennies like so many lily pads ... cn

I use ice in mine, does the same thing and the colder the water the better (I think..I never tested with diff water temps). I also never cough while smoking so I can't say if it helps with that either, but at least it's easy and cheap. Unless your some fancy prick who decides to use only fancy water that cost crap tons of money or perry sparkling water or some crap, hell just use champagne for your bong 'water'.
