did you all catch that about the tax in california, maybe i am wrong but why is it still illegal to the feds if the dispensaries have to pay a federal tax. semes kinda crazy to me. wouldn't that make the feds illegal also.

They failed to mention that prohibition is the main cause of there being so many Clandestine grow ops. I liked the piece they did on oaksterdam. take oaksterdam or even amsterdam as a model thats what it would be like if people didn't have to hide the fact that they grow and smoke weed. unfortunatly the government seems hell bent on wasting tax dollars trying to wipe out a naturally growing plant. its sad that our government can't see that ending prohibition of hemp and marijuana would be an answer to todays economic crisis. :leaf:Peace :leaf:

I have a little different take on this. Yes the program was mostly bull shit, but everybody seems to miss one fact...IMMORAL PEOPLE WILL IMMORAL THINGS...didn't mean to sound all forrest gumpish, but what I mean is this. The fact that those people break into someones house is not because there is weed there. Its because there is something valuable there, if they had a ton of gold in the house and someone tried to steal it, would they consider outlawing gold?

Also, I want it decriminalized and not legalized for one simple reason, I don't think the government or any pharm corporation would be able to produce the same smoke that half the people on this site could, they would harvest it too soon, not cure it right and send to market inferior product.

Thanks man. I've been waiting a while for this to be uploaded somewhere, scene groups seem to be ignoring it. While still releasing rips of crappier stuff.

Exactly, I wouldn't have bothered if I thought a rip would soon turn up somewhere.
