Sorry, the pictures make it look like she isn't getting good light, but she really is (I even used a light meter). It's just my camera that makes it look like that.
What pictures? Sounds like a lockout or overwatering, but I wouldn't bet on anything just yet. The same happened to me still with White Widow from Nirvana just about 1.5 months ago. After about 18 days of vegging, the seedling was just 2 nodes high, but the leaves were extremely small and were a very bright green (towards yellow, but yellowing did not occur, ever). After these 18 days I just got tired of it and threw it out because it wasn't developing at all. Roots were fine, didn't rot or anything, but didn't grow sideways either, it was just a little thin root.
I suspected overwatering, the soil I put her in remained very moist during its whole life, it just wasn't drying (not enough aeration, yeah). But now I'm also thinking it could be a faulty batch of seeds. Mine were feminized as well. I only tested out that one seed though, out of the whole 10, so it might as well just have been that one seed that had problems or indeed I caused it by overwatering. I'll give these seeds a try at a later time, I'm in the middle of a grow right now and then need to build a new box because boy those white widows will get smelly. But you can try and germinate another one and see if the same thing happens. If after 10 days it's not growing already, I'm suspecting it never will. And go easy on the watering. No nutes.
