Maybe you should move to the FC's, they are FULLY CHECKED.

I’ve actually played one of these it was set up in a small store at a mall. They actually give a nice little shock it was stronger than I thought it would be considering it’s a game and I saw kids playing it before me and the mrs looked at it. Not hurtful but more than I thought it would be being battery operated

This - physically break the circuit.
I had the same problem - putting the mechanical timer at the wall solved it.

yeah man me too... burning... im in flower like 2 weeks before harvest and find out this shit... i just pull them out from the wall.. i got 2 mars hydro lights, 1 had a timer... the other did not.... both had the same f***ing problem.. im sooooo pissed man !!!!!

This is most likely a problem that has nothing to do with Mars Hydro and has to do with the wiring of your domicile. It has been explained ad nauseum in all of the threads like this.

I have seen it on HLGs on this Forum, BD, MH, SF, Chilled..all those times it was reversed neutral and hot. It makes complete sense electronically.
If there are more posts on MH with this issue I would wager it to be more likely correlation with types of lights people buy that have greater tendencies to have wiring issues personally.

I personally have only seen people complain about this issue with Mars TS series lights. I haven't see the issue with higher quality Meanwell drivers. I'm not saying that it can't happen, just saying that I've seen tons on these issues from Mars Hydro TS series lights, and that series uses a substandard driver. My presumption is that there are better low-voltage trickle protections built into the high quality drivers which don't have this same issue, even when the AC is wired backwards. If you've seen it reported with HLG lights, could you please reference such a post?
Ya know thats a dimmer...not annon off switch!?
I bought a T1000 a month ago. Tonight I noticed the LEDs do not completely go out(dimmed lights.)when the power switch is turned off. I HAD the light plugged into a timer, thought this was the problem. I unplugged the T1000 Light from the timer and plugged light directly to the wall outlet. After doing that, the light still stays slightly dimmed even while the power switch is off.

Yeah bro its universal.. happens to everyone in Australia.. apparently something to do with the circuitry of our Aussie homes lol... anyway I just pull them out of the wall bro... gonna have to just do it manually.. pretty fucking shameful aye...
Plugging it in directly to the wall outlet does the same thing, no change.
