Prepping the bubble cloner today and felt super lazy so I am trying this

I like to make sure everything is super clean and sterile for my clones, hopefully it doesnt warp my cloner! I am doing it on rinse cycle which is 12 minutes and a put a little dish soap in there20200709_115515.jpg

Got the bubble cloner all set up, waited a day and did a Res swap. Plain tap water only and around 7k lux.
Three different sets of clones from 3 different MOB mothers. I will transplant the best rooted ones and the two strongest similar ones that are from the same mother will be chosen for the side by side

Lifes been busy lately I was expecting to not be back to work so soon after my knee surgery but it is very nice to get out of the house! Also getting my truck on the road tomorrow and hopefully cleaning up some of the clutter around the house to help get the chamber ready to rock

I will run them at 30w per sq ft so 120w each even though they can run at 150.

I noticed half of the red diodes on either side are a little dim I wonder why @MarsHydrofactory is this normal operation?

I will set these up with normal air flow for this tent and let each one run at 120w for an hour and take a few temp readings of the boards as well.
I like the dimmer knob, it is a nice feature and the way they made the driver removable is pretty cool too.

I appreciate the free light mars hydro and I am excited to see this compare next to horticultural lighting groups R Spec quantum board

Tomorrow I will try to get the 135w R spec board set up to take some readings, then set up my cloner. I might choose a little lankier of a strain because the MOB is a very short tight noded plant

Could it be IR? I know my light has some UVA and IR (not mars) but some of them look dim because well I really shouldn't be looking at the light as it could be damaging to the eyes, but outside of my visual spectrum as well.
