I prefer the FC series over the SP because I believe
1- keep a shorter distance
2- wide bar design covers my area more evenly
3- nice finned aluminum bars to keep cool

I really like the penetration of the SP series! However, on a smaller scale the FC series fits smaller indoor growers better in my opinion with better evenly spread light. This is based on my grow style of choice. Opinions are guaranteed to differ.

I have to go with the SP much better penetration and light distribution and also because are the lights I currently use.
If you go to https://www.cocoforcannabis.com you will see a Light distribution score: A+ for the SP3000, but also a light distribution score too for the Mars Hydro FC-8000 A+. A personal preference on how many lights you want and light distribution. But I think both equipments FC and SP are great.

I would prefer the FC series because the bar style is what better fits my style of growing

I prefer the Fc series only because of the footprint of my tent, I've a sp for my clone tent and it's perfect.

When you take photos you can’t really see it , but man this unit gets dam bright.
A buddy was asking if I had the Photone on it yet but I said no as I was working on plumbing.
To be honest I think that last pic is cranked up as surely this one is 25%

I’m totally impressed at how well the marshydro fce300 has treated me so far the light has done nothing but turned my ladies into plump fat nuggets everytime
now I’m ready to step up and take the challenge of a bigger room /number /high performance light with some high performance strains
these r some autos I’d say the light deff had to do something with it

An introduction to the lights .
A bit of a bumpy start but something is coming out .
Chocolate diesel and chocolate cover strawberry from useful seeds so far , another strawberry is just about to curl out and the cd is just stubborn.
I manually cracked seed and replanted and hopefully something will come of it now.
