Iam surprised ours are at such different points in flower since were only a few miles away from one another, Iam at 7 weeks now. Is it strain related? It has to be. If not I am curious on the answer. Or maybe mine wasn’t getting enough sun at the end of July early August and flipped because of that. Even though I was under the impression outdoor grows relied more on the natural grow cycle vs amount of sun per day. I actually took a small test bud from the bottom to try. Have it chopped up and drying, maybe tomorrow it’ll be dry enough to roll a joint.

Ya, I'm not sure why they started so late. Theres 5 different strains and they all started late. May be because I didn't plant till mid july and had some issues starting off so they may have been delayed a tad.

I see you guys talking about aphids. I had some show up on one of two plants that have been pollinated. I've never had them before. Strange season. No leafhoppers at all like i usually get, but aphids now. And they seemed to show up just recently when the nights are getting cold. WTF?
Small, yellow/tan slow asf moving bastards. Im just after the seeds. Im gonna hit them with spino in a day or two.

Plants are looking great all:peace:

I've been working a cross that I've developed over the past 5 years...Comes in pretty close to the last week of September, usually after the fall equinox!
Poly hybrid of genetics that I've acquired over the years and continually selecting for earliness, color, taste and potency....Always trying to elude the Fall Trolls, weather patterns and Sky Rats.Purple A.jpg Purple A.jpg

Vermont grower here. Champlain valley. I’ve got Mountain Mist and Black Domino from msnl going now. Looking good, getting stinky, but still a few weeks out. Makeshift plastic cover.

Next year, I’ll grow Eki Bird from Vashon and something early from Oregon green seed. Probably the Amnesia Hashplant. Lots of interesting stuff on their site. I’ll plant something else and do some crosses with the early ones. Play around a little. Glad to hear if it’s success Rivendell.

Dang, that looks and sounds like a fascinating cultivar. Seems like pretty much the exact same traits I’m going for... what’s the lineage?

Genetics from Santa Cruz and Fallbrook California that I acquired when I lived out there in Monterey and San Bernadino.
Over the years I've been combining them with some Iranian and Friesland Indica to hasten maturity. Been pheno hunting ever since.

I’m in Vermont.

But I noticed like maybe 5 fan leaves on one plant out of 14 with some PM. I removed them.

The rest of the plants appear to be PM free.

Just keep checking on them and remove any leaves with them? Can it possibly spread to the buds?

I’ve been checking for Budrot, picking the fat nugs on each plant and haven’t seen anything the looks like rot yet.

Putting my plastic up over my greenhouse to protect it from rain this last bit, doing it from the start next year( plus a light dep;)). But that should help keep them dry till harvest.

I’ve been shaking them out every morning more or less also.

Jagerschnitzel bx3 and Jager Punch from Bradley Danks did really well outdoor in the Northeast this year. There were phenos that finished Mid September and some that will be ready by the end of September. The Jager Punch was a tester that is suppose to be released soon. Keep an eye on bdanks.com for the new releases. Hope everyone has a great harvest this year!

The ladies are looking pretty frosty. They got some spider mite damage early on and I've been battling PM all season. Everything is still a few weeks out. Gold Leaf is furthest along with Maui Sunshine, ADub and Maui Wowie about a week or two behind. Looks like warm dry weather for next week and if we can keep this going into October, it should make for a good harvest.ADub_20190921.jpg

Critical sour deisel by emerald triangle. Lots of cloudy tricombes and a few turning amber. Been battling the worst case of PM I have ever seen on this one. Top colas seem to be unaffected but all of the lowers are absolutely covered I have tried everything in the book. looks like I will be making alot of hash out of this one.

The breeder does state it is a smaller plant.

The suspense is killing me!! Been working hard on this grow since march.. 1st and 3rd pic is my sour diesel big girl.. she started out from a youth branching into three different directions. That combined with some LST has provided numerous colas. Close-ups are my Indica she's getting ready another two weeks or so not sure of the strain wish I knew all of my seeds came from MSLN bank.. 1 pack was a random outdoor mix. If you look hard you can see my thai stick in the background.. she just started flowering so it's going to be tough here in Vermont but we will see what happens . Weed is awesome in general, & everyone's home-turf has it's own natural beauty. That said-- Dayam, I just love a beautiful, local guerilla grow. The landscape of (& around) New England is just gorgeous, & carries with it an antiquity reminiscent of Colonial times. Love it here, love growing outdoors, & love the look of good weed grown in the New England environment. Thanks for posting these great pics, everybody!
