yummo, just got me a nice porterhouse steak and a side salad, and although i do like a salad from time to time, man, there is something about meat that makes my mouth water just looking at it..
for some odd reason, the salad doesn't have the same effect on me..

so who's with me?? who loves some dead cow?? :D

Love me a bit of cow, but it ALL depends on how it's cooked. If it ent pink i'm not eating it.

Personally though i prefer a bit of lamb or roast pork over steak.

Been eating red meat five days a week since my youth. Fuck the skeptics. Can't beat a good steak or roast. That one looks a little fucky though.

To answer the question;

yay meat
nay that salad bullshit

I prefer a Ribeye. Boneless. About...18 oz. A lot of that weight of the Porter is that bone. It's is nice to have 2 cuts of meat though. Medium rare is where it's at.

Nice steak. I love a good salad. Good change of flavor after eating most of a cow's back.

It just looks a little grey. Lemme upload some steak pictures. I have a few. :)

I don't think I can associate with you any longer. I had no idea your hatred of sacred living things ran so deep. What is wrong with you? Ponder that question while I go eat an exquisite vegetarian dish my wife prepared, and by exquisite vegetarian dish i mean carrots in beef sauce with beef. :eyesmoke:

Meat wins over salad any day, I was brought up the old fashioned way I'm afraid the meat and two veg way, I couldn't be a veggie I wouldn't know what to eat and if I gave my husband a meal without meat he would think I'd gone mad.

Well that's the great thing about a porterhouse. You get a fillet steak and your sirloin :) How can anyone say no to that? :)

Oh, pork chops are nasty, i'll not eat those, but i cannot say no to an overnight cooked leg/shoulder of pork. Out of this world. Sublime flavour. Add to that a shit load of crackling and some apple sauce and i'm in heaven. Leg of lamb with mint sauce is my favourite though.

i couldn't, lol.. :D
sad to say rib of beef and t-bone/porterhouse are the two cuts of a cow i've never gotten around to eating. Never been able to justify the price. I do not buy beef if it is not of the highest butcher quality, so basically i do not buy any beef from the supermarkets.
