How are pesticides always neccasary indoors? Lol thats crazy.
Yeppers. You are missing something..........self-edit........I really don't see any other options besides moving away, going illegal, quitting, or having faith. It's either that or be illegal, which is the best choice if it's the only choice. Look, I'm not saying that you act like a stray dog and take what is given to you after, and only after, begging; being happy with that. The fight for decriminalization/legalization is definitely a cause that I support. However, that is exactly what those two concepts are: a fight. So this is how I see it (and please, inform me of something that I may be missing):
We are not yet free to go about as we please, sowing seeds to and fro.Yet, with medical, some people have grown a business or have totally alleviated themselves from paying for medicine (overhead excluded)
With the changing of the laws, some care givers may go out of business. Or they might change the laws completely and disallow for caregivers or home cultivation in general.
Given that you are a caretaker or a medical patient that does not use the dispensary, you have four options: quit, move to somewhere that you have your former rights, switch to the dispensary (not really applicable if you just lost your job as a caretaker), or go illegal.
That's it. Sure you can fight the fight for patients rights to be restored, but if they are already removed then we face the same problem as with the "fight for legalization" delima.
As far as I know, as long as caregivers are allowed to operate then dispensaries shouldn't be a problem. If people are switching to a dispensary and not going through a caretaker it is most likely for a reason. We know that they are not cheaper than a care giver, so the only other reasons to switch are quality or ease of access. Ultimately, isn't that better for the patient? This is medical, after all.
Again, please, let me know if I am missing something here.
I revel in it .I don't wanna be that drug dealer in a small community
Not all pesticides are bad. But you are right, pesticides are not always necessary indoors. I havent used any in my flower area in months. Just pyrethrins and neem in veg because I had thrips a while back from bad soil. Most pests come from many reputable brands of soil(fox farm, roots organic, etc) and tainted clones from outdoors or other ppl that don't know what they are doing which is most. indoors mites are by far the easiest pest to prevent but can also be the hardest pest to get rid of if you have a big enough garden. no indoor grower should have spider mites imo.How are pesticides always neccasary indoors? Lol thats crazy.
Thanks for clearing that up. Must of been more to what I thought I heard on the scanner that day.I believe the police can only call in a register number. So you can present a medical card that has your name and number on it, they'll call in the number, and get back a name. They cannot currently run your name and see you have a medical card.
I don't know about big but we could get a day job I guess. If your wopuld read into it, it states that to become a commercial grower you have to be a caregiver for a few years. that cuts out the big money people from just hopping in. it gives us caregivers a chance to make it big
The seed to sale part only applies to people in the 4209 system, does not apply to Michigan medical card holdersNo, it hasnt, but the program and rules, seed to sale trackinf has not been roled out yet. I dont think you got to read the pdf i put up, i only took it down until its posted on the other site since its not my work, and i didnt feel it right to release it until the authors do.
Correct. I don't understand why there is so much confusion about this. The seed to sale part only applies to people in the 4209 system, does not apply to Michigan medical card holders
I have tons of problems with this new Snyder BS but through it all my mind keeps dragging me back to the "violent felon" rhetoric contained within it,that bullshit excuse has been used since the early 1980's to implement bullshit seizure laws and Rico enforcement against people who pose no danger to the public.
I've been playing this cat n mouse game with politicians for decades & am sick to death of their legislation, two seized homes & countless cash spent defending my use of a much needed medicine has forced me to drop out of their " legal " system again, nothing short of decriminalization will bring me back out of the closet.
Snyder needs to gtfo out of office asap,or legalize 100% .
Abrogate is what you seek!Figures those f'kn morons would hang around to screw up another election cycle… I will actively campaign against any further actions by those incompetent useless bags of wind.
Not exactly true on Seed to Jail.Correct. I don't understand why there is so much confusion about this.
No one is going to come to my house from the state with a scanner to track my seed and package labels that I don't have.
And the old farmers in the woods out here aren't going to suddenly have Internet access to register and comply.
They are going to take over the dispensary business though. And manufacture a lot of high yeild with fancy name pot that's not good enough for patients.
Then sell all your shit, and prepare to be a captured customer to Big Pharma. We can bitch about whatever all we want. Still wont change a damn thing about the progression and future of legalized marijuana. And eventually it will become just a regular AG CROP just like everything else that grows from the ground and has value. And big corporations will be the ones controlling it all. Anything else is just nit picking over bullshit state rules and guidelines. You got to look at the big picture thats slowly unfolding and prepare for it.
I wish that's what was happening and it would just end up another AG crop but that's a fairy tale. Once this is turned over to corporations they will make sure to keep control through their government puppets. They will try to keep the schedule high for control and lock up anyone that doesn't follow their rules and cut into their profits. The only way to get this freed from them is through a ballot initiative written by people and not corporations and their bought and paid for politicians.
SB 776 did not make any change at all to the petitioning process Bob. It merely clarified there is 180 days to collect the signatures. That has been the way it is since the passage of Public Act 116 in 1954.Unfortunately, you probably won't be seeing any more voter initiatives from grass roots efforts due to their recent rule change. You know, the one they quietly passed and put into immediate effect while we were going crazy over where someone in a dress got to pee.
I see. I did not consider transporting cuttings. Not exactly true on Seed to Jail.
Fact is, it is still "ILLEGAL" to get a cutting. And now with 4209 the only LEGAL Cutting is from a "Facility".
If a cutting didn't come from a Facility, you may have a bad date with a badge. And I presume you will because the cop doesn't make the law (So what is lobbying groups doing?), they just follow it, and the Judge will have to sort it out.
First they have to go to the 2018 Ballot in November, just like all Petitions would. Secondly, if they want any kind of a chance at all, they will need to completely re write their language because as is, is no better than what Lansing just passed.Milegalize is preparing for another round. Maybe they will get it right this time, if so, itll pass right about the time 4209 is being rolled out. What better way to give them the finger?
A lot of things are not being considered. Not pointing any fingers, but in application, these 3 bills will increase the arrest rates, as well as bring in new forms of arrest and warrantless compliance checks. You know, to ensure you are "Safe and Compliant." and if you're not? PHC punishment old school for you druggy (no offense, being sarcastic).I see. I did not consider transporting cuttings.
That is how it is now. Once 4209 is implememted, if you or any of your registered patients use a dispensary, that info will become available to anyone in either agency who wants to look.
