Docs wise there is me at Grow Max in Iron Mt. and North Bluff over in Gladstone. Escanaba isn't real friendly towards MMJ, but other areas down in that corner are.

Alright its time for me to post my first time on Rollitup even though ive been lurking posts on and off for 2 years now. Hopefully if things work out ill be moving to UP soon. I guess im just looking for comments or suggestions (doctors, caregivers, compassion centers) on the Menominee county area and is the community generally accepting of medical? Thanks for any comments.
Menominee County is not mj friendly. Lots of land in Menominee county though. Fuck em.
Dickinson county is more friendly. Delta county is not.

Variety of doctors, caregivers, and compassion centers are limited as well. I have used North Bluff Chiropractic and then Dr Bob and they both were very good and informative. No problems.
I know of a few very good caregivers in the area that are accepting patients. One is actually in Menominee and an active member here on RIU.

Best of luck to you.

u can't grow outside anymore if u r a caregiver can't grow ur patients meds outside but if ur just a patient u can grow outside as long as it is connected to the house that how it is in Mason county. patient to patient is now illegal which is gay. the whole gun thing I would stay away I just had 3 good buddies go down cause of guns and they r huge hunters an they still took everything cause if growing meds an guns in house. they drooped gum charge got them manufacturing to intent to deliver an got 6 month in county.

Rules on outdoor grows change 4-1. They are legal all over the state, but be sure they are built according to spec. Gun thing is what it is.

do some research first b4 u say its legal across the state obviously u dnt k.o. most parts in mi Hogan u can grow outside but in Mason county u can not if ur a care taker. and the state didn't pass it. it was zoning an board of commissions that passed it cause that was the only way they could do that and if ur a care taker u have to get ur room inspected by a licensed person for it. ur electrical, duct work, if hydro ur pluming. an give fire department list if ur nuits since they r a fire hassard. if ur only a patient that grows ur fine its only the care takers. an can not grow ur patients meds outdoor either if ur a care taker. just cause the state doesn't pass something it doesn't mean ur county or townships don't pass laws. r county here snuck it in at 8am when it was passed on a Monday..

Tell you what, why don't you have a look at HB 4851, which goes into effect on the 1st and is state wide. Then have a look at the Wyoming CoA decision on local ordinances and the MMMA. When you are done with that, perhaps you might change your mind a little before you start berating those that know what they are talking about. OK?

Now if you want to know the facts of the matter, I'll be happy to discuss it as adults, but the point being made is not what your township wants to do, it is if they are not allowing you to do thing you are under state law. Clearly both patients and caregivers can grow outside in an enclosed location. A twp cannot restrict that.

Your choice in your location is to either comply, or make them ticket you and fight it (and you would have a VERY strong case, but would need a good attorney). You get to make the choice what you want to do.

Next time, don't respond to information with hostility.

I see it along the same lines. You can grow outside in accordance with the state law regardless of what you township/city/village may say. Now you may have to fight it in court but precedence says you would have a really good case.

I know its a state wide thing u can.grow outside I've read all the rules and stuff. but still in Mason county they passed it an why would u want to.take the risk an have to waste money on a attorney. an stuff yea u will have a good case but if u can avoid cops y not do it.. Im not trying to say ur wrong an I'm right all I'm saying is the board of commissions passed it last November. u can go to the board of commission site think its PG. 4-7 u can read what they did. I think its B's

There is an action pending to test this and get further clarification being run out of the MMMA, I'll try and keep folks posted. But in my non lawyer opinion, which is shared by many, refusing to register or doing what you are legally allowed to do and forcing them to take you to court would more than likely cause them to get their noses bloodied. I'd hate to be a twp with a restrictive ordinance, with previous court precedent telling me I couldn't have that ordinance, then get stuck paying someone $1000 a plant for interfering with what someone is clearly allowed to do under state law.

BUT be sure that you dot every i and cross every t. Screen the grow, make them find it from the air. Don't let a neighbor see a plant out their second story bathroom window. Secure it to the ground and cover it, then lock it all up and make sure it is on your property.

OK so even though they passed it in my county I can still do it an if I do get in trouble ill no likely win an be paid for them that would be great to see them.pay every penny back LOL I'd love it.. an yes I'm trying to dot an cross I have a good spot on my property I can do a 30*30 easy without anyone seeing them besides from air. maybe u can answer this for me I'm going for 2lb monster plants I've picked Swiss cheese an choosing from 818 headband Exodus cheese. or blue dream I want a good hiter for pain an anxiety

I know its a square meter I'm using a 30by3010ft high cage it will be fully secure an locked down with cameras. obviously it will be over the limit but there are ways around hit like baring it. or if u leave it hanging for drying like its drying its still considered unuseable Marijuana
