I've read some about misting and have been growing for going on 4 years now, and i've never really seen anything positive come from misting. not to knock you, but most of the time people inquire about misting they're new to the hobby and get bored waiting for their plant to grow and want something to do to it that they think well help it grow. What will help it grow is reading non-stop until your brain can't hold anymore... Gotta go deep into this one, leaves have pores on them that help exchange co2 for o2 and they're designed to keep water off of them so this gas exchange can occur, unless you're foliar feeding, spraying will cut down on this gas exhange....also, insects LOVE humidity, fungus gnats, aphids, MOLD also... these are things to watch out for with high humidity... if you really wana better your grow invest in a decent light besides the floros. Good luck, and READ READ READ! knowledge is power, especially in the garden!
