I didn't claim to say I knew what I was talking about, I just stated what I was doing and thought it made sense.
And thanks to the above post, I see the error in my ways.

I thought the stomata absorbed the water, which made them stronger.
I must have mis-read or was mis-informed.

Finally someone who KNOWS what they're talking about... thanks for the great info +rep

folar feeding/misting..............it works, esepecially in veg, even plain tap water has Cal/Mag in it, so even though you didnt actually put nutes in your water the plants are still recieving stuff it needs, now if you were misting with just plain RO water you might not get the results. misting will also raise your relative humidity wich is good for vegative growth,and thats a fact........ just cus a seasoned grower dosent personaly do it dosent make it a noob thing to do......my god the egos on here.
